Chapter 6 HOTEL The next morning, when Mia woke up, Nicole had already left the room. So, she got dressed and went down to eat. Nicole was sitting at one of the tables. MIA: When did you get up? NICOLE: An hour or two ago. Nicole took a sip of coffee. NICOLE: Saw that boy you were looking at the other day. MIA: And? NICOLE: He's not too bad on the eyes, but we've got an issue. MIA: What? NICOLE: His girlfriend. MIA: Well, that's why you're training me, isn't it? So I can handle a problem like his girlfriend? NICOLE: It's too soon. You haven't been properly trained. MIA: What's the big deal? NICOLE: I watched her. She's too much like Sami Brady. And trust me, you aren't ready to handle her yet. MIA: Sami was nice to me. NICOLE: That's because you weren't trying to steal her man. Trust me, once you start that, she becomes an absolute... MIA: Bit rich coming from you. NICOLE: Just trust me, Mia, you're better off finding someone different to work on. MIA: Okay. For the next few days, Nicole gave Mia lessons on how to properly scheme. Mia was only half listening. She was thinking about what Nicole had said earlier. Mia also started becoming annoyed with Nicole, and saw her as overprotective. A day or two later, the two were in their room. NICOLE: You're almost ready for your first assignment. MIA (sarcastically): Yay. NICOLE: You could sound a bit excited. You've come a long way in a few days MIA: What is your problem? NICOLE: I don't have a problem! What's your problem? MIA: You, alright! You are my problem! Look, Nicole, I appreciate what you're doing for me, I really do. But, stop watching over me like a hawk! NICOLE: I'm trying to protect you! MIA: Yeah? Well, I'm a big girl. I can take care of myself! NICOLE: Ugh, You are just as stubborn as me and your father combined! MIA: What? What does that mean? NICOLE: It means I'm your mother! |

Just catching up. Great story! Great dialog! Genius using J.T. as boyfriend material. I am wondering if Quinn is the dad since Nicole said she was in love with an Aussie.
I just loved this snippet of dialogue. Bit rich. LOL.

Chapter 7 HOTEL NICOLE: You are just as stubborn as me and your father combined! MIA: What? What's that supposed to mean? NICOLE: It means I'm your mother! MIA: What? Mia sat down on the bed. MIA: How? NICOLE: It's a long story. MIA: Please tell me. I want to know. I need to know. Nicole sat down next to Mia NICOLE: And you deserve to know. Obviously, since it's about your parentage, Remember a few days ago when I told you that I was with an Australian guy? MIA: Yeah. NICOLE: Well, it's not as simple as that. And, it involves my father, Paul Mendez. I'm glad you never knew him. MIA: Why? NICOLE: My father was a...a very bad man. And, when I was a teenager, he would frequently drug me and force me to star in child pornography. MIA: That's horrible! NICOLE: You're tellin' me. Anyway, one of his favorite boys to put me with was an Australian male model named Quinn Hudson. It started out as just a business arrangement, but things soon turned romantic between Quinn and myself. Like me, he wasn't too thrilled with starring in porn. We became close and fell in love. Daddy liked that, because it made the Locker Room Lolita movies all the more realistic. Quinn promised me that we'd get out one day... BEDROOM - FLASHBACK
Quinn and Nicole are talking in Nicole's room.

NICOLE: I hope you're right.
Paul walked in the door.
PAUL: Hey, you two, break's over. Get back on the set.
Quinn started walking towards the door. Nicole followed. Paul clapped his hands.
PAUL: Speed it up! Let's go!HOTEL MIA: Then what? NICOLE: Then, I got pregnant. |

On NBC's Deception, there is a character named Mia who just found out that the people she thought were her parents her whole life, were not.
I wonder how Mia will react. If she'll be angry with Nicole or if she'll be understanding.

NICOLE: Thank you. Oh, and Dr. Horton?
MIKE: Yes?
NICOLE: When she finally comes, when it's time, please watch over her for me.
MIKE: I'll do what I can. |

Chapter 8 HOTEL MIA: Okay. You got pregnant. And then what? NICOLE: Well, obviously, I had to go see a doctor. So, I chose the closest one I could find. Quinn and I went to go see Dr. Mike Horton... HOSPITAL - FLASHBACK
Mike walked into the room. Nicole is sitting on the examination table with Quinn sitting in a nearby chair.
MIKE: I have the results, Miss Walker.
NICOLE: And?
Mike handed Nicole a piece of paper.
MIKE: You're pregnant. And, it's a girl.
NICOLE: Oh, god.
QUINN: Nikki, this is great! This is just what we've been waiting for!
NICOLE: No, it's not.
QUINN: Why not?
NICOLE: Don't you get it? This is just another thing that my father will use against me. He can't ever know about this!
QUINN: He's gonna find out sooner or later.
NICOLE: I'll just have to make up an excuse or something. I will carry this baby all the way. But, it can never know its grandfather.
QUINN: Nik, you're not suggesting what I think you're suggesting. We can't.
NICOLE: We have to. Look at the situation we're in! This is no way to raise a baby! Once she's born, we have to give her up.
QUINN: You can't do this, Nicole!
MIKE: Actually, at the end of the day, it is Miss Walker's decision. True, you are both parents to the baby, though. I think I'll leave you two alone for now to discuss this in private.
NICOLE: Thank you, Dr. Horton. But, I just have one question.
MIKE: Yes?
NICOLE: When, it's time, when she comes, will you watch over her for me?
MIKE: I'll see what I can do.
Mike left the room.HOTEL MIA: I bet Quinn wasn't happy. NICOLE: No, he wasn't. But, I soon had bigger problems than just him |
