I like Jennifer and Daniel together, I think they are cute with each other....can't stand Melanie, would have rather kept Stephanie......

Having Melanie involved in this storyline is possibly the best way to make this already awful Daniel/Jennifer stuff intolerably worse. I've come to dislike Melanie almost as much as Daniel... and I already don't like this latest version of Abby. I have no doubt that Days is planning to destroy yet another legacy character for the likes of Melanie, but unfortunately writing for Abby is already bad and she doesn't even have the one saving grace that Stephanie did. At least, Shelley Hennig could act unlike this new chick playing Abby (and the one playing Melanie for that matter). I like Melanie and Daniel. They are part of what has kept me watching these past few years. If I had to only watch the "legacy" characters I would turn the channel with the quickness. I just had to jump in and defend my girl Molly. LOL I think Molly B is a really good actress. She is a natural. She emotes extremely well and connects with her co-stars in their scenes. And while I do think Shelley Hennig has improved by leaps and bounds from when she first started. she lacks that realism IMO that Molly brings to her scenes. But in some ways gauging acting is so subjective. Like there is no way in my mind that Natalie Portman is an Academy Award worthy actress....definitely not over Michelle Williams (another one that has such naturalness in her performances). And don't get me started about Sandra Bullock winning anything.  |
