A discussion of "I Love Lucy" came up in another thread so I found a sampling of scenes to share.
This is the one of Lucy and Ethel working on the candy wrapping assembly line:
These are 2 featuring William Holden:
... and this is one of Little Ricky joining Ricky onstage:

I was wondering if you were going to include Lucy & Ethel at the candy factory... Another fav was when little Ricky was learning to play drums... he kept playing the beat over & over and everyone would talk using the same beat.

Thanks for the clips Kazz! I cannot view them until tonight when I get home as youtube is blocked here at work.
I can't wait to see them. I have heard so much about this show!

Ooh I found the very one you're talking about SG, but didn't include it. When I get home tonight, I'll post the one of little Ricky learning to play the drums too. I tried to find the one of Lucy & Ethel in the wine vat, but no luck. I had never seen the ones with Bill Holden before and those had me literally laughing out loud, esp. the first one in the restaurant, the look on his face when he decided to turn the tables on her was just priceless. How he managed to keep a straight face that whole time is beyond me.
What's so weird is that I'm not a fan of situation comedy series - I've made a few exceptions over the years, like Seinfeld, Friends and Will & Grace, but those are worlds away from "I Love Lucy". It's such a silly little show really, but so timelessly entertaining in its innocence - a true classic.
