There were several reports that said John Aniston (who plays Victor Kiriakis) found out about daughter Jennifer's engagement from a reporter. This news story clears it up. Although it was originally reported that Jennifer Aniston's dad, John Aniston, first heard the news of his daughter's engagement via the internet, the real story has come out.
