I've been wondering when we'd hear about her departure ever since they announced Matt Ashford was leaving. I'd be really surprised if they keep Jennifer.

She's on so seldom that it's a waste to have her on contract. She needs to be off contract and just paid for the occasional episode she appears in.

There are quite a few actors that should be taken off contract and put on recurring to save money. If I were TPTB I would make James Reynolds, Melissa Reeves, Suzanne Rogers, Peggy McCay, and Josh Taylor all recurring and put Judi Evans and Wally Kurth on contract and also use some of the money that was freed up to bring back a couple of younger legacy characters like Philip, Chloe, Belle and Shawn.

I completely agree Karebr. Until the last couple months we rarely saw Roman, or Abe...not that I missed them. We almost never see Caroline or Jennifer. Yet others that would be far more interesting are on recurring status. It makes no sense to me.

They are seriously missing a golden opportunity with Justin and Adrienne. Not only are they a crowd pleaser in their own rights, but they have 4 sons! Sonny is on screen, but we *need* more handsome, dimpled, and ornery Kiriakis men to get in trouble!

They could have had some good stories with Jack & Jenn as reporters digging for stories, but no, they wasted both.
I am not that crazy about Justin & Adrienne, but I would like some good characters added to the show... I don't care about this "legacy" stuff.
