I liked the scenes with Will today. Seriously, I love Will. I think he's my favorite character on the show right now. He's honest, raw, and real.
Sami challeneged Will today on why he's helping EJ, a man who he's hated in the past, and Will pointed out that he sees a lot more in EJ, and feels sorry for him. I get that.
I liked that they were able to talk to each other, and that Will pointed out that he's growing and he wants to be recognized as a man, and not the kid that Lucas and Sami sees. He's growing into the world and wants to be his own man, and EJ really is the only one who does treat him like one.

I'm glad that they could talk to each other and not have a fight.

EJ treats Will like a man? I don't think so. He threatens, orders him around, and treats him in abusive and demeaning ways when Will doesn't behave as he wishes. Of course, considering that Will was raised by his crazy mother, he has probably become quite accustomed to erratic behavior at best. For him, it is somewhat the norm.

I missed yesterday. So Sami is questioning Will as to why he is helping EJ? Couldn't he be asking her the same question?

susala-yes, actually, he does treat Will much more maturely than his parents who coddle him and don't trust him enough to make decisions. While he is young, and he is their son, they need to let him find his way, and not do everything for him (and talk things out rather than going behind his back every single time). EJ has treated him like an employer. If you do the job, you get paid. You don't do the job, you get reprimanded. And, he explains what he needs/doesn't need to know, and has been forthright with Will a lot more than both Lucas and Sami have been with Will. So...in a way, EJ sees Will as a guy finding his own way, and not a 13 year old.

I was enjoying the Will storyline until he got sucked into this disaster. I find the whole thing sick. I don't know how mother and son are hot for this guy. I just hope the writers fix this before this soap goes down in flames. Now I actually hate Will.

I love Will and I really liked those scenes too. Sami should be able to relate to both loving and hating someone at the same time- that's exactly how she feels about EJ too! I think Will respects EJ, but also hates EJ, and we may see that Will has been plotting to bring EJ down all along. Who knows!
