Phillip is shocked by Bo’s claim.
Phillip
“I ran over Nicole? I don’t think so.”
Chloe
“Yeah Phillip wouldn’t do that. Nicole is his friend. He wouldn’t just leave her there.”
Bo
“I have video proof that Phillip did.”
Bo holds up the surveillance tape.
Phillip
“I want to see that tape. I think I have that right.”
Bo
“Fine, we can do that down at the station.”
Chloe
“I’ll call Justin.”
Chloe pulls her phone out as Office Parker walks up to put handcuffs on Phillip.
Bo
“Tell him to meet us at the station because Phillip Kiriakis, you’re under arrest for the hit and run of Nicole Walker. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right of an attorney. And well you know the rest.”
Phillip
“I didn’t do this.”
Chloe
“Don’t say anything else Phillip.”
Bo
“Listen to Chloe. Let’s go.”
Bo looks at Stephanie, Nathan, and Melanie.
Bo
“Stephanie, you need to come to. Nathan and Melanie, I will need your statements also. Carly, I’m sorry.”
Bo walks out with Evan and Phillip. Chloe watches as Phillip gets taken away then turns her attention to the others.
Chloe
“What the hell is going on here?”
Everyone is silent. Nicole has her back turned as Phillip is being escorted out. She attempts to contact EJ again.
Nicole
“EJ, where are you? I’m worried. Call me, please.”
Nicole hangs up.
Nicole
“Ugh. Why do I even care? I shouldn’t. I’m not. I’m going home. Well to the DiMera mansion, if you call that a home.”
Nicole turns around and sees Chloe.
Nicole
“First, I’m going to congratulate my best friend.”
Nicole smiles. At the cemetery, Mia continues to talk to Grace.
Mia
“I’m such a horrible person Grace. You deserved a better mom. After what I’ve done, I don’t think anyone could ever forgive me.”
Someone touches Mia’s shoulder. She jumps. At the hospital, Sami, Rafe, Lucas, and Alex await news on Johnny’s condition. EJ stands in the corner observing.
Sami
“What’s taking them so long?”
Rafe
“They’re working on him. They’ll let us know how he’s doing as soon as they know.”
Sami
“I’m so scared.”
Rafe
“I know. We all are.”
Lucas looks over and sees EJ standing in the corner. They stare at one another.
Sami
“I can’t believe someone would run down an innocent little boy then takes off? I mean how heartless can a person be.”
Lucas looks back at Sami.
Lucas
“There are some heartless people out there. They’re all around us.”
Lexie walks over.
Lexie
“Oh my gosh, I just heard what happened. Where’s EJ?”
Sami stares at Lexie.
Sami
“Who cares, it’s his fault.”
Lexie
“How is this EJ’s fault?”
Sami
“If he would have just stayed away none of this would be happening and Johnny wouldn’t be fighting for his life right now. He would be asleep at my Grandmas. But no, your brother has to show up and call Johnny downstairs.”
Sami starts crying again.
Sami
“Then he gets ran over by some monster.”
Lexie
“I’m sorry.”
Sami
“I don’t care about your sorry.”
Lexie
“I’m going to see if I can find out anything about Johnny’s condition.”
Sami
“What, a DiMera being useful? Who would have thought that could be possible?”
Lexie walks away.
Rafe
“A little harsh don’t you think?”
Sami
“Lexie might be married to my uncle Abe, but she is still a DiMera by blood.”
Rafe
“It’s not her fault that EJ is the way that he is.”
Sami
“Since when did you start being Lexie’s defender?”
EJ
“That’s enough.”
EJ yells. Everyone looks over at him as he walks towards them.
EJ
“Leave my sister alone. You want to yell at someone, yell at me.”
Sami
“Gladly.”
Sami crosses her arms. At the police station, Natasha is drinking some coffee when Justin walks up to her.
Justin
“Ms. Crane.”
She turns to him.
Natasha
“Mr. Kiriakis.”
Justin
“Please call me Justin.”
Natasha
“What are we pals now?”
Justin
“No, no we’re not.”
Natasha
“Good. So what do you want?”
Justin
“I see your attitude is the same at night as it is during the day.”
Natasha
“I like to stay consistent.”
Justin
“I just need you to sign these papers.”
Justin hands her a folder filled with papers. She takes the folder and opens it up to look over the papers.
Justin
“It’s the papers saying that all the charges against my client, Dr. Richard Baker, have been officially dropped.”
Natasha
“Oh yes the noble doctor.”
Justin hands Natasha a pen.
Justin
“I think you might need one of these.”
Natasha takes the pen from Justin and signs the papers then gave them back to Justin.
Natasha
“You better hope Baker doesn’t do anything to anyone or it’ll be on your head.”
Justin
“I’m aware of that. I was just helping him for a friend.”
Natasha
“Hope Brady? Oh wait, Hope Williams now.”
Justin
“Yes.”
Natasha and Justin are interrupted by Bo, Evan, and Phillip walking in.
Justin
“What’s going on?”
Bo
“I arrested Phillip.”
Justin
“I see that, for what?”
Bo
“Hit and run.”
Justin is shocked. At the Salem Inn, Chloe awaits answers.
Chloe
“So no one is going to tell me what’s going on?”
Melanie
“You heard Bo. Phillip ran down Nicole.”
Chloe
“Yes I heard that, but how do you all factor into all of this?”
Carly
“Shouldn’t you be calling Justin?”
Chloe
“Carly, you had your chance to talk. Now let you tramp daughter have the floor.”
Melanie
“Who the hell are you calling a tramp?”
Chloe
“Oh now she can form a sentence.”
Melanie
“This coming from the slut that cheated on my father and slept with my husband and got knocked up.”
Chloe
“You didn’t even love Phillip. You were in love with Nathan the whole time. And your father knew I was married to Lucas, but he still wanted me. So what does that make him?”
Melanie
“Don’t talk about my father.”
Chloe
“It’s not like I broke up your little marriage to Phillip. I did you a favor. I gave you a reason to leave Phillip and go back to Nathan. The truth is really I thought Daniel was cheating on me with Carly.”
Melanie
“I don’t know where you got that crazy idea from. My father would have never cheated on you. For whatever reason, he loved you.”
Joy flashes back to eavesdropping on Vivian and Gus.
Vivian
"Oh when I tried to convince that Chloe Lane that Carly was sleeping with Daniel. What good did that do?"
Joy freezes and steps behind the door to listen.
Gus
"Chloe responded by sleeping with Phillip and now she's pregnant with his child."
Vivian
"Yes and now Carly's living happily ever after with Bo Brady. Oh well."
Joy comes back.
Joy
“I know where she got the idea from. Vivian Alamain.”
Carly
“What does Vivian have to do with this?”
Joy
“I overheard Vivian and some guy named Gus talk about how she wanted to get revenge on some woman named Carly by making it seem like she was having an affair with Daniel.”
Melanie
“That bitch.”
Stephanie
“She’s the one that started all of this.”
Carly
“Joy, are you sure that’s what you heard?”
Joy
“Yes.”
Chloe
“I’ll deal with Vivian later. Joy, you and I need to get to the police station. And I need to call Justin.”
Chloe pulls out her phone and calls Justin. Melanie looks over at Nathan.
Melanie
“We better get to the police station too.”
Nathan
“Yeah we do.”
Nathan and Melanie leave.
Carly
“Do you need a ride Stephanie?”
Stephanie
“I know my way to the station.”
Stephanie walks away. Carly follows. Justin answers his phone.
Justin
“Chloe, hey I know about Phillip.”
Chloe
“How?”
Justin
“I’m at the police station.”
Chloe
“I’m on my way now.”
Chloe hangs up as Nicole walks up.
Nicole
“Hey songbird.”
Nicole notices that Chloe’s upset.
Nicole
“What’s wrong?”
Chloe
“Phillip was just arrested.”
Nicole
“For what?”
Chloe
“Running you over.”
Nicole’s shocked. In the cemetery, Mia looks up at the person that touched her shoulder and is relieved when she sees it’s Will.
Mia
“Will, how did you find me?”
Will kneels down beside her.
Will
“Nicole told me that I might find you here.”
Mia
“Oh.”
Will
“She said you had a confrontation with you Cousin Jamie.”
Mia
“Yeah she told me some things.”
Will
“Like what?”
Mia
“My mom is dead.”
Will
“I’m sorry.”
Mia
“But she’s not my real mom.”
Will
“What? How does she know that?”
Mia
“Apparently my mom…Carol, told her so before she died.”
Will
“Do you believe her?”
Mia
“It makes sense I guess. Carol never really liked me. I guess it is better that she’s not my real mom. I would hate to think that a mom could hate her child.”
Will
“Yeah that would suck.”
Mia
“I can’t imagine ever hating Grace no matter what she did.”
Will
“Me either. I miss her.”
Mia
“I didn’t even know her. Sometimes I wonder what it would be like if she was still alive. Like where she would take her first steps. What her first words would be. Would she even want to know who I was? Would she have ever known who I was? If Nicole had her way, Grace would think that Sami and EJ were her parents. Not Chad and I. But Grace died and now Nicole’s pregnant. She gets a second chance at being a mother. Where’s my second chance?”
Will
“You’ll get a second chance one day. Right now you should just live in the moment.”
Mia
“You’re right I should.”
Mia pulls Will into a kiss. At the hospital, Sami and EJ give each other a stare down.
EJ
“Well don’t keep me in suspense.”
Sami
“If you would have just stayed away, Johnny would be safe right now.”
EJ
“If you would have just let me see my son…”
Sami
“Don’t blame me for this.”
Their fight is interrupted by Daniel and Lexie.
Daniel
“Sorry to interrupt, but we have some news on Johnny’s condition.”
Everyone turns their attention to them.
Sami
“How’s my son.”
EJ
“My son.”
Daniel
“The crash has damaged Johnny’s liver. The good news is that I can save part of it, but Johnny is going to need a partial liver transplant.”
Sami
“Okay he can have a part of my liver. Let’s do this.”
Daniel
“It doesn’t work that way. We first will have to test you to see if you’re a match.”
Sami
“Ok then test me.”
EJ
“Me too.”
Sami
“Johnny doesn’t need your liver. He can have mine.”
Daniel
“Really? I mean your kid was just hit by a car and you can’t stop fighting for two seconds to help him?”
Rafe
“Daniel’s right. We should band together to help find a partial donation for Johnny.”
Daniel
“Parents are usually the best options. So we’ll start with you Sami and EJ. Then we’ll try siblings like Will. Allie and Sydney are too young so Sami and EJ we could test your siblings. Lexie, you and Sami don’t you have sisters?”
Sami
“Yes Carrie and Belle. I will call them if I’m not a match.”
Daniel
“Ok so we’ll start the testing now, if Sami and EJ are done arguing now.”
Sami
“I am.”
EJ
“Me too.”
Daniel
“Okay, then follow me.”
Daniel and Lexie take EJ and Sami to get tested. Lucas pulls out his phone to call Will again. He doesn’t answer.
Lucas
“No answer again.”
Alex
“Will probably has his phone because of the ball. How about I go and get him and bring him here?”
Lucas
“Thank you.”
Lucas and Alex kiss.
Alex
“You’re welcome. I’ll be right back.”
Lucas
“Ok, be safe.”
Alex
“I will.”
Alex heads back to Salem Inn. At the police station, Bo shows Phillip, Justin, Evan, and Natasha the hit and run footage.
Justin
“So all you have against Phillip is that tape?”
Bo
“Well all the other evidence has been wiped clean.”
Natasha
“Seems like your client isn’t as innocent as he says he is.”
Phillip
“I didn’t hit Nicole.”
Justin
“Shut up Phillip.”
Phillip
“I didn’t do it. I didn’t do it. Why is saying that such a bad thing?”
Justin
“Phillip please just shut up.”
Bo
“Evan, take him to booking.”
Justin
“I will like a moment alone with my client.”
Natasha
“You will after booking.”
Bo
“I need to talk to you first. Let’s go to my office.”
Justin
“Okay.”
Bo and Justin head to his office. Natasha just stands there.
Natasha
“Okay I’ll just stand here.”
She rolls her eyes. Stephanie, Melanie, Nathan, and Carly arrive at the station as Bo and Justin are about to go into Bo’s office. Bo notices them.
Bo
“Good, you’re all here. Come into my office.”
They all head into Bo’s office. Justin is confused. They walk in and Bo closes and locks the door. Justin notices.
Justin
“What’s going on here?”
Bo
“I can’t protect you guys anymore. All the information is going to the DA.”
Justin
“What’s that?”
Stephanie
“I stole the hospital surveillance tape and the contents of Eddie Saunders’ safe deposit box.”
Nathan
“It had evidence that I threatened Colin Murphy before he died and I try to help cover up the hit and run. Eddie was blackmailing me.”
Justin
“Why would you cover for Phillip?”
Melanie
“He wasn’t covering for Phillip, he was covering for me?”
Justin
“You wanted to protect Phillip?”
Nathan
“No Eddie made it seem like Melanie was the one that hit Nicole, but really it was Phillip.”
Stephanie
“Eddie just wanted to get close to me. So he blackmailed Nathan with falsified evidence.”
Melanie
“And I just found out all of this tonight.”
Bo
“Me too.”
Justin
“Wow.”
Justin looks at Carly.
Justin
“So what’s your part in all of this?”
Carly
“I was there when all of this came out.”
Justin
“Oh. Well. This is all very interesting. So what do you want me to do?”
Bo
“Defend Stephanie. Natasha is going to have a field day with this.”
Justin
“Of course I will, but what about Melanie and Nathan?”
Melanie
“I didn’t do anything.”
Bo
“I’m hoping that Nathan won’t press charges against Stephanie for blackmailing him and that he and Melanie will keep quiet about what Stephanie did.”
Melanie
“Say what? No I can’t help her.”
Bo
“I think it’s an even trade. Let’s put this petty feud behind all of us.”
Carly
“I agree.”
Nathan
“Me too.”
Melanie
“I guess I have no choice then.”
Carly
“It’s for the best.”
Melanie
“I guess so just as long as Stephanie is really over this revenge thing.”
Everyone looks at Stephanie.
Stephanie
“I will. Uncle Justin, please help me.”
Justin
“I will.”
Justin stops to think.
Justin
“Wait; if Eddie wanted to make it look like Melanie did it then he was the one that wiped the crime scene clean. So that’s something that can help Phillip’s case. This is going to be easy.”
Bo
“Natasha will complicate things. Nicole will also.”
Evan puts Phillip into his cell and locks the door before walking away. Phillip closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. He hears heels walking down the hallway. They get louder as they get closer till they finally stop. Phillip opens his eyes and sees who his visitor is.
Phillip
“Nicole”
They stare at one another. Alex arrives at the Salem Inn as everyone’s cleaning up.
Alex
“I guess the party is over.”
Alex turns and walks away, but gets stopped by a familiar voice.
Rick
“Alessandra?”
Alex turns around.
Alex
“Fredrick, what the hell are you doing back in town?”
Rick
“Oh come on. I know you’ve missed me sis.”
Alex
“I think not.”
Rick
“So I see you’ve found yourself a new target.”
Alex
“I don’t have time for this Freddie, I need to find someone.”
Alex turns back around to leave, but Rick stops her again.
Rick
“Oh no he got away?”
She turns back around.
Rick
“Have you found a more challenging target this time?”
Alex
“I don’t do that anymore. I’ve matured and have moved on. You should too. Now if you could leave me alone, I need to find someone.”
Rick
“Maybe I can help.”
Alex
“Goodbye.”
Alex leaves. Rick smiles. At Lucas’, Will and Mia walk in. Will turns on a light.
Mia
“Are you sure it’s okay to have me here?”
Will
“Yeah, no one’s home and if they do come you can hide in my room.”
Mia smiles and giggles softly.
Will
“What were you telling Grace before I got there?”
Mia
“What do you mean?”
Will
“You said that you’re a horrible person and that you’ve done something. What was that?”
Mia gets nervous. At the hospital, Sami and EJ are finished testing.
Sami
“How long before we hear if we’re a match?”
Daniel
“I’ll let you know in a few.”
Sami
“Great, so can I see my son now?”
Daniel
“Sure, one at a time and no fighting.”
EJ watches as Sami goes into Johnny’s room. He then pulls out his phone and sees that Nicole has called him several times so he calls her. It goes straight to voicemail.
EJ
“Nicole, I’m sorry I didn’t pick up. I’m in the middle of some important business. I’ll be home later. Bye”
EJ hangs up as Lexie walks up to him.
Lexie
“Why did you lie to Nicole?”
EJ
“Nicole doesn’t need to be here.”
Lexie
“You need someone on your side.”
EJ
“That’s what you’re here for.”
Lexie
“True.”
EJ
“I’m sorry I didn’t stop Sami from ripping into you.”
Lexie
“It’s fine. It’s not like it’s the first time and its definitely not going to be the last time.”
EJ
“Still…”
Lexie
“Still nothing, it’s fine.”
EJ
“What about this partial liver transplant? Will it work?”
Lexie
“Yes it will. We just need to find a donor and fast. You or Sami are most likely matches.”
Daniel test Sami and EJ’s blood samples to see if they’re a match for Johnny when he discovers something.
Daniel
“What? That can’t be.”
Meanwhile, Sami sits with Johnny who lies motionless in bed. Sami tries not to break down.
Sami
“Oh Johnny, I’m so sorry. I should have saved you.”
She walks closer to his bed and sits down.
Sami
“I should have protected you and I failed.”
She brushes his curls with her hand.
Sami
“But I won’t fail again. I’m going to give you your partial liver transplant and you’re going to get better and soon you’ll be chasing your sister’s around again. I’m not going to let you die. I refuse to lose another child.”
Rafe
“Another child?”
Sami turns around and sees Rafe standing in the doorway.
Rafe
“What other child did you lose?”
Sami freezes. At the police station, Nicole talks to Phillip.
Phillip
“I’m guessing you know why I’m in here.”
Nicole
“Chloe told me.”
Phillip
“Nicole, I’m so sorry. I don’t even remember hitting you...”
Nicole
“It’s okay Phillip.”
Phillip
“No it’s not. I hurt you.”
Nicole
“And I’ve hurt everyone in this town at one point. And all I wanted was forgiveness even though I didn’t deserve it.”
Phillip
“Are you saying you forgive me?”
Nicole
“Yes because I know Phillip you didn’t mean to hurt me.”
Phillip
“But I did.”
Nicole
“Phillip, after everything that I’ve done, especially to your father, you’re one of the very, very few people that stayed by my side. You’ve always been a good friend to me and I want to finally repay you for that.”
Phillip
“I couldn’t ask you to do that.”
Nicole
“You’re not; I’m telling you I’m going to do that.”
Phillip
“It doesn’t matter what I say, you’re going to do what you want.”
Nicole
“Yes, see you catch on.”
Phillip and Nicole giggle.
Nicole
“Plus, you’re going to be a dad and you can’t do that from jail, just saying.”
Phillip
“You speak the truth Nicole Walker, but I heard that new DA is tough.”
Nicole
“Don’t worry, I got this. By the time I’m finished, you’ll be a free man.”
Phillip
“Thank you Nicole.”
Nicole
“You’re welcome.”
Nicole gives Phillip one more smile before she walks away. Chloe walks up shortly after.
Chloe
“Hey”
Phillip
“Hey.”
Chloe
“What did Nicole have to say?”
Phillip
“That she forgives me and that she wants to help me get out of this.”
Chloe
“Wow, that’s awesome.”
Phillip
“What, were you worried?”
Chloe
“Yeah, she didn’t give me much of a reaction after I told her.”
Phillip
“I didn’t know what to expect when she showed up.”
Chloe
“Nicole has been a great friend to the both of us.”
Phillip
“Yes she has.”
Chloe
“I’m going to stick by you though all of this.”
Phillip
“Why?”
Chloe
“Because I care, I care a lot.”
Phillip and Chloe smile at one another. Upstairs, Nathan and Melanie sign their statements and hand them to Bo.
Bo
“You two are free to go.”
Carly gives Melanie a hug.
Carly
“You two drive safely.”
Nathan
“We will.”
Carly and Bo walk away.
Nathan
“Wow, what a night.”
Melanie
“That’s an understatement.”
Nathan and Melanie look into each other’s eyes.
Nathan
“A lot happened, but the best thing of all.”
Melanie
“We can finally be together?”
Nathan
“Yes.”
They kiss.
Nathan
“So, what do you want to do?”
Melanie
“Let’s see. I would like to finish what we started in the locker room earlier except can it be in a bed this time? The lockers were hard and kind of cold plus someone could walk in on us. Oh yeah and if show up at work they’ll probably want us to work.”
Nathan
“I accept this terms.”
They kiss one last time before they leave the station. Stephanie appears from around the corner.
Stephanie
“Enjoy it now you two because soon everyone will feel my wrath.”
She smiles. At Lucas’, Will awaits Mia’s answer.
Mia
“I was talking about what happened with Colin Murphy.”
Will
“What about him?”
Mia
“I chose to get revenge on Nicole over finding a way to get pass Grace’s death and moving over. And because of that I put so many lives at risk including yours. Now, your family hates me. They’ll never let me forget what I did.”
Will
“Mia, my mom has done way worse. Plus, the most important thing is I don’t care what you did, I still love you.”
Mia’s shocked.
Mia
“You love me?”
Will
“Um…yeah….yeah I love you Mia McCormick.”
Mia smiles.
Mia
“Really?”
Will
“Yeah.”
Mia
“I love you too William Horton.”
Will smiles. They kiss then gaze into each other’s eyes.
Will
“Do you want to go upstairs?”
Mia
“Yes.”
Will takes Mia’s hand as they head to his room. At the hospital, Sami thinks of a lie to tell Rafe.
Sami
“I’m talking about Grace. I know she wasn’t biologically my daughter, but I took care of her from the day she was born till the day she died. And being in this hospital makes me think of her.”
Rafe
“That makes sense.”
Rafe walks over to Sami and sits next to her and Johnny. In the hall, Lucas is talking to Alex.
Lucas
“Any sign of Will?”
Alex
“Not at the Salem Inn. By the time I got there, they were cleaning up. I’m pulling up to the house. I think I see his car.”
Lucas
“Good.”
Alex
“Yeah that’s his car. I’m going in. We’ll see you in a few minutes.”
Lucas
“Ok. Thank you so much Alex.”
Alex
“No problem. I love you.”
Lucas
“I love you too.”
Lucas hangs up with Alex just as Roman gets off the elevator.
Roman
“Lucas.”
Lucas looks over at him.
Lucas
“Roman.”
Roman
“I got here as soon as I heard any news on Johnny?”
Lucas
“He’s going to need a partial liver transplant.”
Daniel walks out to Lexie.
Daniel
“Lexie, can I talk to you for a second.”
Lexie
“Yeah sure, I’ll be right back EJ.”
EJ
“Okay.”
Daniel and Lexie go to the lab.
Daniel
“Take a look at this.”
Lexie
“Is that EJ’s sample?”
Daniel
“Yes, there’s something off about it.”
Lexie
“What is it?”
Daniel
“Take a look.”
Lexie looks at it.
Lexie
“What? That’s can’t be.”
Daniel
“That’s what I said.”
Lexie
“Wait, oh my God no.”
Lexie gets upset. Nathan and Melanie are making out as they walk up to the back door of Maggie’s. Nathan puts the key into the door and opens it up. They trip and fall on the floor. They laugh.
Nathan
“Maybe we should turn the light on.”
Melanie
“Ok”
They get up. Nathan turns on the light. Melanie turns around and screams. Nathan turns around stunned. At the hospital, Lexie confronts EJ.
EJ
“Is everything ok?”
Lexie
“Daniel and I need to meet you with and Sami.”
Daniel walks into Johnny’s room.
Daniel

Sami turns around.
Sami
“Yes, is there any news? Am I a match?”
Daniel
“I need you to come out to the waiting room.”
Sami
“Ok.”
Sami and Rafe walk out behind Daniel. They head into the waiting room as Lexie and EJ walk over. Lucas and Roman walk towards them. Roman hugs Sami.
Roman
“I’m so sorry I wasn’t here earlier.”
Sami
“It’s find dad. Daniel’s about to tell us some news.”
Lucas
“What’s going on?”
EJ
“So are Samantha or I a match or not?”
Daniel
“While testing your samples, I discovered something off. I asked Lexie to examine the samples and she came to the same conclusion.”
EJ
“Off? What does that mean?”
Sami
“Is there something wrong with our samples?”
Daniel
“Sami, yours is not a match.”
EJ
“So mine is?”
Daniel
“No, you’re a match either EJ.”
Sami
“So that’s it? Neither of us is a match?”
EJ
“I thought that a parent would be the best match?”
Daniel
“That still is true.”
Sami
“If EJ and I aren’t matches then how could that be?”
At Lucas’, Alex walks inside and starts looking for Will. She doesn’t see him so she calls for him.
Alex
“Will?”
Alex walks upstairs. In Will’s room, Will and Mia are making out and begin to undress and get into bed. Mia kicks over a lap. Alex hears it and heads to Will’s room.
Alex
“Will, are you ok?”
She opens the door and is shocked. At the Salem Inn, Jamie is crying as she makes a phone call.
Jamie
“Aaron, it’s me Jamie. I need your help. I got into an accident. I ran over a little boy and I don’t know what to do.”
She cries. Back at the hospital, Daniel explains to everyone what he found.
Daniel
“Sami, you’re not a match because your markers didn’t match perfectly with Johnny’s. And EJ, you’re not a match because none of your markers matched Johnny’s.”
EJ
“What does that mean?”
Daniel
“It means…”
Lexie interrupts.
Lexie
“It means that there’s no way that you could be Johnny’s father.”
Everyone’s shocked. At Maggie, Melanie and Nathan can’t believe their eyes. They see a man in the kitchen. He turns around and it’s…it’s… NICK FALLON!
Nick
“Hello Melanie.”
He smiles.

I love this story so much!
I had to laugh at Officer PARKER being the one to handcuff Philip. Cute! I loved how Chloe took charge of the situation and that Nicole is going to try and help Philip. I am waiting for Chloe to admit just how much she cares!

I can hardly wait to see the reactions to EJ not being Johnny's dad. I'm glad Nicole is going to help Philip. I really like Chloe telling Philip that she cares about him a lot and will stand by him. Great story danniebear87. |

Nathan asks as Maggie rushes down the stairs.
Maggie
“Is everything ok?”
Maggie asks. She looks at Melanie and Nathan.
Maggie
“I guess not.”
LUCAS’ HOUSE
Will and Mia look over at Alex as they cover up. Alex rushes out of Will’s room and closes the door. She leans against the wall in shock. Will gets up and puts his clothes back on.
Will
“I’m going to see what she wants. I’ll be back.
Mia
“Ok.”
Will walks out of the room.
Will
“Do you know how to knock?”
Alex
“I’m sorry. I thought you were in trouble or something? I heard something fall.”
Will
“Well I’m fine so you can leave now.”
Will turns to go back into his room, but Alex stops him.
Alex
“No I can’t. Your father has been trying to call you.”
Will
“Yeah I saw that so if that’s all.”
Alex
“No you need to come with me to the hospital.”
Will
“Why? What’s wrong?”
Alex
“It’s Johnny. He got hit by a car.”
Will’s shocked.
UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL
Everyone’s still in shock at Lexie’s revelation that Johnny is not EJ’s son.
EJ
“What do you mean Johnny’s not my son? Of course he is. You know that Lexie.”
Lexie
“Not according to this.”
EJ
“Why are you doing this? Why are you lying to me?”
Lexie
“I wish I was EJ, but the test is accurate.”
EJ
“This can’t be happening.”
Sami
“It’s a miracle.”
Roman
“That means.”
Lucas
“I’m Johnny’s father?”
Lexie
“Yes, yes you are.”
EJ
“No, I’m Johnny’s father. I’ll be damned if I am going to give him up.”
Everyone looks at EJ.
MAGGIE’S HOUSE
Nick
“Sure, we’re cool. I think Melanie and Nathan are just surprised to see me.”
Melanie
“That’s an understatement.”
Maggie
“Sorry I didn’t get you two the heads up. Nick here just showed up.”
Nathan
“Just showed up huh? Are we sure he didn’t escape?”
Nick
“No I didn’t escape. I was released on good behavior. You can say I’ve been a good boy.”
Maggie
“I talked to him earlier and he said he was going to be released. I had no idea it was going to be tonight.”
Nick
“Actually I was already released a couple of days of ago. I wanted this to be a surprised.”
Melanie
“We’ll we’re surprised alright.”
Nick
“A good surprise right?”
The room goes silent for a moment.
Maggie
“Well I think that’s enough excitement for one night. Why don’t we all go upstairs and get some rest?”
Nick
“Wait, no not yet. I want to know how Nathan and Melanie’s night went. Are you two back together yet?”
Maggie lets out a slight laugh. Nathan and Melanie look madly at her and Nick.
LUCAS’ HOUSE
Will
“What? When?”
Alex
“A few hours ago outside of The Pub.”
Will
“I’m going to put on my shoes and I’ll be there.”
Alex
“Do you want me to drive you?”
Will
“Sure.”
Will walks back into his room as Mia’s getting dressed.
Will
“Johnny got hit by a car.”
Mia
“I heard. I’m sorry.”
Will
“Come with me?”
Mia
“Your mom won’t want me to be there.”
Will
“I don’t care. I need you.”
Mia
“Then I’ll go.”
Will and Mia finish getting dressed.
UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL
Daniel
“Well I’m sorry EJ, but you have no choice. The test is accurate. You’re not Johnny’s father.”
EJ stews.
Daniel
“So Lucas do you want to get tested to see if you’re a match for Johnny?”
Lucas
“Of course.”
Daniel
“Follow me.”
Lucas looks at Sami who is smiling from ear to ear. He turns and follows Daniel to get tested. Lexie walks up to EJ.
Lexie
“Are you ok?”
EJ
“Oh yes Alexandria, I’m great, never better.”
Lexie
“Stupid question.”
EJ
“How could you do this to me?”
Lexie
“Tell you the truth? Oh how dare me.”
EJ
“You’re lying and I don’t know why, but when Father finds out that you betrayed the family again.”
Lexie
“Father can get mad about this all he wants, but I know the truth when I see it and you EJ are not Johnny’s father. There is no way. If you like, you can do a DNA test yourself, but Daniel’s discovery is true.”
EJ stares angrily at her.
Lexie
“I know it’s hard to hear after all these years that Johnny’s not your song, but you will have to find a way to deal with it. Hopefully better than you dealt with finding out that Chad was your son.”
Lexie says before walking away.
Roman
“Chad? Chad Peterson?”
Sami
“Chad Peterson’s your son?”
EJ rolls his eyes.
MAGGIE’S HOUSE
Nick
“Obviously a dumb question since I was standing here when you two came crashing into the door all over each other.”
Maggie
“You two worked things out?”
Maggie asked excitedly.
Melanie
“Yes we did.”
Nathan
“The question is how did Nick know we were having some sort of problem?”
Maggie
“That’s my fault. He asked how you two were and I went on and on about you two. I’m sorry.”
Nick
“Yep Maggie was so worried about you two. Glad she won’t have to worry anymore.”
Melanie
“Yeah we’re back together.”
Nathan
“And that will never change again.”
Nathan puts his arm around Melanie.
Maggie
“I’m happy to hear that."
Nick
“Me too. I hope nothing or no one else gets in your way.”
Maggie
“Aww. Isn’t that sweet?”
Melanie
“Yes. Thank you, Nick.”
Nick
“Well I’m going to head upstairs to get some rest. I can’t wait to go exploring in Salem tomorrow. Goodnight everyone.”
Maggie
“Goodnight Nick.”
Nick smiles before he heads upstairs.
Maggie
“I’m ready to get back to sleep also. I’m sorry for all of this.”
Melanie
“It’s fine. He’s your grandson.”
Maggie
“We’ll talk about this tomorrow ok, night.”
Nathan
“Night”
Maggie heads upstairs. Nathan and Melanie turn to each other.
Nathan
“I can’t believe that Nick is in town.”
Melanie
“And living here of all places.”
Nathan
“We need to move.”
Melanie
“If we do that then he wins.”
Nathan
“Wins what?”
Melanie
“I don’t know.”
Nathan
“Okay, how about this. We’ll just go upstairs and get some rest and think about this in the morning.”
Melanie
“Yeah it’s been a long day.”
Nathan
“Yes and I just want to hold you.”
Nathan pulls Melanie into a kiss, but she pushes away.
Melanie
“Oh no, we can’t do that.”
Nathan
“Why not?”
Melanie
“Because Nick is here and he knows that we were about to do it.”
Nathan
“So we’re not doing it tonight?”
Melanie
“Nope sorry.”
Nathan
“It’s fine. We have are whole lives to do it for the first time.”
Melanie
“Thank you for understanding.”
Nathan
“I understand?”
Melanie laughs before giving Nathan a kiss.
UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL
EJ
“Even though it’s none of your business, yes Chad Peterson is my son.”
Sami
“Well good. Now you can put your energy into having a relationship with Chad and leave mine and Lucas’ son alone.”
Sami smiles in EJ’s face.
Sami
“I’m going to see my son again. Let him know that he’s going to be just fine.”
Sami heads to Johnny’s room.
Roman
“Looks like you’re not needed here anymore.”
EJ
“You think I’m going to leave? My son is hurt.”
Alex, Will, and Mia walk up.
Rafe
“Daniel and Lexie both said you’re not Johnny’s father.”
Will
“What?”
Rafe, Roman, and EJ turn to Will.
Will
“EJ isn’t Johnny’s father?”
Rafe
“Nope he’s not.”
Will
“That means my dad is and my mom can finally be done with you.”
Will smiles while EJ frowns. Daniel finishes testing Lucas as Sami walks up to them.
Lucas
“How long before we know if I’m a match or not?”
Daniel
“I can tell you in a few minutes.”
Lucas
“Good. And Daniel, thank you.”
Daniel
“You’re welcome.”
Daniel walks away to test Lucas’ sample. Lucas turns and sees Sami.
Sami
“So soon we’ll know if you’re match for my…our son.”
Lucas
“Our son, it’s weird to hear that and not think Will.”
Sami
“Well now you have two sons.”
Lucas
“I can’t believe this. How did I not know?”
Sami
“EJ must have changed the DNA results.”
Lucas
“I missed all this time with Johnny. How are we going to tell him?”
Sami
“You’ve been there for Johnny before and he’ll accept you as his father.”
Lucas
“But you saw him. He loves EJ.”
Sami
“Yeah it won’t be easy, but he’ll come around. I know him.”
Lucas
“And what about EJ?”
Sami
“There’s nothing he can do. Johnny isn’t his son.”
Lucas
“And now you guys don’t have any ties.”
Sami
“There’s Sydney.”
Lucas
“And you can change that.”
Sami
“How?”
Lucas
“Giving her back to him and Nicole.”
Sami
“Why would I give my daughter to those two?”
Lucas
“Because she’s not yours.”
Sami
“Shut up.”
Back in the waiting room, EJ starts to get annoyed with Will.
EJ
“Johnny will always be my son.”
Will
“You can think that all you want, but the truth is my parents will never let you anywhere near Johnny again.”
Roman
“Okay I think that’s enough Will.”
EJ
“Yeah listen to pops.”
Rafe
“You can leave now.”
EJ
“I’m not leaving till I know Johnny is doing better.”
Lucas
“You can tell me to shut up all you want, but we both know what Baker said has us both thinking the same thing.”
Sami
“I’m not worry about that right now.”
Lucas
“Yeah we need to think about Johnny.”
Daniel walks up.
Daniel
“I've tested your sample.”
Lucas
“And?”
Daniel
“It’s a perfect match.”
Sami and Lucas are relieved.
Daniel
“I can start prep for surgery.”
Lucas
“The sooner the better.”
Daniel
“I’ll let you know when it’s time.”
Lucas
“Okay.”
Daniel walks away. Sami jumps up and down.
Sami
“You’re a match.”
Lucas
“Yeah. It’s crazy. I’m about to give half of my kidney to a kid that I just found out was my biological son.”
Sami
“Funny how life works.”
Lucas
“Yeah.”
Sami
“Well let’s go tell everyone and go see Johnny.”
Lucas
“Yes.”
Lucas and Sami walk to the waiting room.
Will
“Mom, dad”
Everyone turns to Sami and Lucas.
Roman
“So, what’s the verdict?”
Lucas
“I’m a match.”
Sami
“Daniel’s prepping for surgery.”
Rafe
“That’s great.”
Sami
“We’re going to tell Johnny together.”
Sami smiles as she takes Lucas’ hand and walk to Johnny’s room. Rafe looks at EJ.
Rafe
“Looks like Johnny is going to be fine. Lucas is a match so you can go home.”
EJ looks around and notices everyone’s looking at him. He takes a deep breath then walks away. He turns the corner before stopping to lean up against the wall and cry silently.
Roman
“I’m going to call Bo and fill him in.”
Roman walks away to call Bo.
Will
“Alex, can we talk? I have a question for you.”
Alex
“Sure.”
Will and Alex walk away. Mia and Rafe look at one another.
Mia
“I don’t want to talk to you.”
Rafe
“That’s fine.”
Mia sits down.
Alex
“What’s up?”
Will
“I hope that you will keep what you saw between us?”
Alex
“About you and Mia?”
Will
“Yeah don’t tell my parents that we were about to have sex.”
Alex
“I won’t, but you need to talk to them.”
Will
“I’m not going to talk to my parents that I’m ready to have sex. They already hate Mia. I don’t want to give them another reason to.”
Alex
“Well I don’t want to lie to Lucas.”
Will
“It’s not lying unless he asks you if you saw us almost have sex and you say no.”
Alex looks confused.
Will
“Well that’s all I have to say. Keep your mouth shut.”
Will walks back over to Mia. Lucas and Sami walk into Johnny’s room. He’s still unconscious. They walk closer to his bed.
Sami
“Johnny, I have some great news for you. We found you a match and you’re going to be as good as new soon.”
Sami brushes the hair out of Johnny’s face.
Lucas
“I can’t believe any of this.”
Sami looks at Lucas.
Lucas
“Everything’s so different now.”
Sami
“For the best.”
Lucas
“That’s true.”
Sami and Lucas hold each other’s hands. Daniel walks in. Lucas and Sami look at him.
Daniel

It’s a new day in Salem as Phillip lies in his cell. A guard walks up to his cell.
Guard
“Wake up Kiriakis. You have a visitor.”
Phillip sits up.
Phillip
“Who?”
Chloe walks around the corner.
Chloe
“Me.”
Phillip rushes over and smiles. Chloe smiles back.
DIMERA MANSION
Stefano’s reading the paper and drinking some orange juice when Kate walks in with a grumpy look on her face.
Kate
“Morning Stefano.”
Stefano
“Morning Katherine. Why so down?”
Kate
“None of my kids want to talk to me.”
Stefano
“Why not?”
Kate
“Well let’s see. Austin doesn’t want to talk to me because he and his wife seem to think that you offered Anna.”
Stefano
“I didn’t kill Anna.”
Kate
“I believe you, which is one of the reasons why he won’t return my phone call. Then there’s Phillip. He’s mad that I don’t like his baby momma. Like he could blame me. Rex, I don’t know why he won’t call me back. I heard he’s back in town. And Lucas. I don’t know. I talked to him yesterday. We’re on good time, but I called him this morning and he didn’t answer me or called me back. I’m worried.”
EJ walks into the room.
EJ
“I know why Lucas didn’t answer your call.”
Stefano and Kate look at EJ.
Kate
“What the hell did you do to my son?”
MAGGIE’S HOUSE
Maggie’s making breakfast when Nick walks downstairs.
Nick
“Good morning Aunt Maggie.”
Maggie
“Morning Nick. How did you sleep?”
Nick
“Amazing. It feels so good to be home.”
Maggie
“It feels so good to have you home.”
Nick
“I don’t think everyone feels that way.”
Maggie
“Oh Melanie and Nathan? They’ll come around. You just took them by surprise.”
Melanie walks slowly downstairs unbeknownst to Nick and Maggie.
Nick
“I hope so. I want to make a mends with Melanie. I don’t want her to hate me or to be afraid of me. I’m a different person.”
Maggie sees Melanie walk up.
Maggie
“Why don’t you tell her that yourself?”
Nick turns around and sees Melanie. He smiles slightly.
KIRIAKIS MANSION
Victor is enjoying some breakfast while reading the paper when Vivian interrupts.
Vivian
“Good morning Victor.”
Victor
“Well it was till you opened your mouth.”
Vivian
“I’m so happy to see you too.”
Victor
“I think you misinterpreted what I said.”
Vivian
“You can say whatever you want today it doesn’t matter to me.”
Victor
“Good because I would hate to hurt your feelings.”
Vivian
“Today Gus and I are going to Chicago. Our lives as we know it are about to change.”
Victor
“That’s today? I’ll take it back. This is a good morning.”
Vivian
“See I told you.”
Gus walks in through the patio.
Gus
“Good morning Madam.”
Vivian and Victor turn their attention to him.
Vivian
“Morning Gus.”
Victor
“Don’t you know how to use the front door?”
Gus
“Sorry sir. I thought you were going to be at work already.”
Victor
“Sorry to have been at my house.”
Vivian
“So are all our travel arraignments set?”
Gus
“Yes. The car will be here…”
Gus checks his watch.
Gus
“…in about 2 ½ hours.”
Vivian
“I can’t wait. This is going to be amazing.”
Victor stands up.
Victor
“Well I would hate to leave without saying goodbye.”
Vivian
“Well you can say goodbye now.”
Victor
“No time, I have to get to the office.”
Victor heads towards the door.

Victor opens the door and shuts it.

“He will miss me when I’m gone.”

Vivian interrupts Gus mid sentence.

“You never did say what your plan was.”
Vivian
“It’s simple. We get the girl then...”
Vivian is interrupted by someone knocking at the door.

“Henderson!”
Vivian waits for a response. The person keeps knocking.

“Never mind, I’ll get it.”
Vivian walks towards the door.

“Why hire help if they’re not going to do what they’re supposed to do?”
Vivian opens the door. Stephanie’s there.

“Well hello…um…”

“Oh yes. Stephanie. Well Phillip is not here.”
Stephanie
“I’m not here to see Phillip. I’m here to see you.”

The guard walks away to give Phillip and Chloe some privacy.

“There’s one good thing about being here.”
Chloe
“What’s that?”

“I get to see your beautiful face.”
Chloe
“Well you can see this face as often as you want to.”
Phillip
“That makes me the luckiest man on this planet.”
Chloe
“The luckiest man on the planet is locked up?”
Phillip
“Okay not the luckiest when it comes to the law, but everything else, yes.”
Shawn walks down.
Shawn
“I hate to interrupt, but your arraignment is going to start in a little bit.”
Phillip
“I wouldn’t want to miss that.”
Chloe
“Not at all.”
Upstairs, Justin walks into the station as Bo’s going over some files.
Justin
“Hey Bo.”
Bo looks over at him.
Bo
“Hey.”
Justin
“Hey. So question, what kind of mood is Ms. Crane in this morning?”
Bo
“I have no idea. They all seem to be the same to me and it’s never good.”
Justin
“Just what I thought.”
Justin looks down and sees a file with Johnny’s name on it.
Justin
“Why do you have a file on Johnny DiMera?”
Bo
“He got hit by a car last night.”
Justin
“What? How’s he doing?”
Bo
“Better now that he got a partial liver transplant from his father, Lucas.”
Justin
“Lucas? But I thought EJ was Johnny’s father.”
Bo
“So did everyone else, but when EJ got himself tested to see if he’s a match, Daniel and Lexie discovered that’s not true.”
Justin
“Wow that’s crazy.”
Bo
“Tell me about it.”
Justin
“Do you know who did it?”
Bo
“Not yet.”
Natasha walks in.
Natasha
“Well how about that. We close one hit and run case and a new one pops back up on our desks.”
Bo and Justin look at each other.

“What did Lucas do?”

“He got to Samantha first.”

“First for what?”

“Impregnate her.”

“Sorry you’re 17 years too late on that. Anyways, what does this have to do with anything?”
EJ
“I found out last night that Lucas is Johnny’s son.”
Stefano
“What? No, you’re Johnny’s father.”
EJ
“Not anymore according to Daniel and oh yes your daughter.”
Stefano
“Alexandra? What did she do?”
Kate
“How did Johnny go from being your son to Lucas’?”
EJ
“Johnny needed a partial liver transplant. Samantha and I got tested. Samantha was a partial match. I was not a match in fact Johnny and I don’t share any similar markers. This means there is no way we’re related. Lucas on the other hand was a perfect match.”
EJ pours himself a drink.

“You’ve got to be kidding me. This doesn’t even seem real. It’s like one of those fan fiction story things.”
EJ downs his drink.

“It’s the truth Father. Lucas went under the knife last night.”
Kate
“I need to get to the hospital then to see how my son and my new grandson are doing.”
Kate grabs her purse and coat before heading out. Stefano waits until he hears the door close before he says anything else. He stands up and walks over to EJ who’s pouring himself some more to drink.
Stefano
“Are you sure this isn’t some scheme Samantha cooked up?”
EJ looks at Stefano.
EJ
“Not even Samantha is that slick. Plus she was nowhere near that test.”
EJ downs his drink.
Stefano
“Well at least you still have Sydney and Chad.”
EJ huffs.
MAGGIE’S HOUSE
Nick
“Good morning Melanie. You look awake.”
Melanie
“Thank you and good morning to you also. And you also Maggie.”
Maggie
“Thank you. Would you like some breakfast?”
Melanie
“Sure, I haven’t eaten all day.”
Melanie laughs a little as she sits down next to Nick.
Nick
“I see you still have your sense of humor.”
Melanie
“Yeah, can’t lose that.”
Nick and Melanie smile at one another. Nathan walks downstairs fixing his sleeves. He looks over at them.
Nick
“I meant what I said. I’m a changed person and I hope to make a mends with you.”
Melanie looks over at him.
Nick
“Is that possible?”
Maggie turns around and sees Nathan staring at Nick and Melanie.
Maggie
“Good morning Nathan.”
Nick and Melanie turn around and see Nathan.
Nathan
“Morning.”
Nathan finishes walking downstairs.
Maggie
“Would you like some breakfast?”
Nathan
“Yes please.”
Melanie gets up and gives him a kiss as Nick watches.
Melanie
“Morning”
Nick
“Hello Nathan”
Nathan
“Nick”
Maggie walks over with a plate for Nathan.
Maggie
“Breakfast.”
KIRIAKIS MANSION
Vivian
“Well come on in.”
Vivian moves out of the way so that Stephanie could walk in. Stephanie walks in and Vivian closes the door behind her.
Vivian
“So how can I help you Stephanie? Would you like a drink?”
Vivian walks into the living room. Stephanie rolls her eyes then follows.
Vivian
“Gus”
Gus looks up from the paper.
Gus
“Yes madam.”
Vivian
“This is Stephanie.”
Gus
“Hello Stephanie.”
Stephanie
“Can you stop talking?”
Vivian looks at Stephanie.
Vivian
“Well since you asked some rudely.”
Stephanie
“You and your petty feud with Carly has destroyed my life.”
Vivian
“I have no feud with Carly.”
Stephanie
“Stop lying. You hate Carly and you wanted to get revenge on her so you used Chloe. You made her think that Daniel was cheating on her with Carly which only sent her running into Phillip’s arms. Which in turn she got pregnant and then that gave Melanie a reason to leave him and run into Nathan’s arms which caused Nathan to break up with me.”
Vivian
“You’re mad because your boyfriend dumped you for someone else? Well that’s not my problem whether I tricked Chloe or not.”
Stephanie
“It is your fault. If you hadn’t come back to town, Nathan would still be mine.”
Vivian
“Sounds like Nathan was never yours to begin with. Looks like Nathan and Melanie were meant to be together and Phillip and Chloe also. And you, well you’re meant to be alone.”
Vivian pours herself a drink as Stephanie’s anger rises. Vivian goes to take a sip, but Stephanie knocks the glass out of her hand. Vivian stares at her in shock.
Vivian
“What on earth? You rude little girl.”
Stephanie
“I could do much worse.”
Vivian turns to Gus.
Vivian
“Gus, can you get a broom and some paper towels please?”
Gus
“Yes madam.”
Gus heads to the kitchen. Vivian turns her attention to Stephanie who sits her purse on the table.
Vivian
“I’m so sorry that you weren’t able to keep your man from straying, but that’s not my problem. That’s yours.”
Gus walks back in.
Gus
“Madam, I don’t see the broom or paper towels.”
Vivian
“For heaven sakes. Where is that idiot Henderson?”
Vivian walks away. Stephanie stares at the table with the drinks and her purse on it.
SALEM PD
Justin
“The first hit and run is not over yet.”
Natasha
“We have your client dead to rights. There’s no way that even Victor Kiriakis’ son can get away with this.”
Justin
“We’ll see.”
Justin checks his watch.
Justin
“It’s time to get to the courthouse.”
Natasha
“Let’s go.”
Bo
“Let’s.”
Justin, Natasha, and Bo head to the courthouse.
COURTHOUSE
Shawn, Phillip, and Chloe arrive. Joy, Belle, and Nicole are already there. They turn to see them walking in. Soon Justin, Bo, and Natasha walk in.
Natasha
“Looks like the gang is all here. Let’s get this show on the road.”
She smiles then walks over to Nicole.
Natasha
“Nicole, can we talk in private?”
Nicole
“Sure.”
Natasha and Nicole walk away from everyone.
Belle
“Why is she talking to her? I thought Nicole was on your side?”
Phillip
“I’m sure she’s.”
Chloe
“There’s no way that Nicole is going to help her.”
Nicole
“So what do you want to talk about?”
Natasha
“I want to assure you that I intend to make sure you get the justice that you deserve.”
Nicole
“Well thank you for that.”
Natasha
“You’re welcome.”
The court guard interrupts.
Court Guard
“All rise. The honorable Judge Fitzpatrick presiding.”
Judge Fitzpatrick walks in and takes a seat.
Court Guard
“You may all be seated.”
Everyone takes a seat.
Judge Fitzgerald
“This is the arraignment hearing for Phillip Kiriakis. Please rise.”
Phillip and Justin rise.
Judge Fitzgerald
“How do you plead Mr. Kiriakis?”
Phillip
“Not guilty”
Natasha stands up.
Natasha
“We have him dead to rights.”
Justin
“All you have is a surveillance video that went missing for some time then resurfaced that just shows Nicole getting hit by a car. A car that a lot of citizens of Salem drive. Anyone could have been there that night. There’s also no evidence that Mr. Kiriakis was even at the scene.”
Natasha
“We got the license plate of the car. It’s registered to Mr. Kiriakis.”
Justin
“But the video disappeared for some time. The video could have been tampered with.”
Judge Fitzpatrick
“Is this true Ms. Crane?”
Everyone looks at Natasha.
Natasha
“Yes your honor, but…”
Judge Fitzpatrick interrupts.
Judge Fitzpatrick
“Is that all the evidence you have is a videotape that could have been altered?”
Natasha
“We also have the testimony from the victim, Nicole Walker, who is here today.”
Judge Fitzpatrick
“Ms. Walker.”
Nicole stands up. Natasha smiles.
Nicole
“Yes your honor?”
Judge Fitzpatrick
“What do you have to say about this?”
Nicole
“Your honor, I have a hard time believing that Phillip would run me over. Not on purpose. And even on accident, he would have stopped to see if I was ok. Not drive off. Phillip and I are good friends. He would never hurt my unborn baby or me. He’s the father of my soon to be godchild. Honestly, I think he’s being set up.”
Natasha stares angrily at Nicole.
Judge Fitzpatrick
“Thank you Ms. Walker. You may be seated.”
Nicole sits down.
Judge Fitzpatrick
“So Ms. Crane, is there any other evidence that you want to show?”
Natasha slows turns back around to face the judge.
Natasha
“No your honor.”
Judge Fitzpatrick
Then that’s settled. Mr. Kiriakis, you’re free to go.”
Judge Fitzpatrick hits her gable and walks off. Everyone’s happy except Natasha. She walks over to Justin and Phillip.
Natasha
“Well congratulations for getting away with hit and run.”
She then turns to Nicole.
Natasha
“Should have known you would turn on me given your poor reputation.”
Nicole rolls her eyes. She turns back to Phillip.
Natasha
“I’m done here.”
Natasha leaves the courtroom. Nicole walks over to Phillip.
Nicole
“Glad she’s gone.”
Phillip
“Thank you Nicole for everything.”
Nicole
“Anytime, friend.”
They smile at one another.
MAGGIE’S HOUSE
Everyone is finished with breakfast and are cleaning up.
Nathan
“Thank you Grandma for breakfast.”
Melanie
“Yes thank you.”
Nick
“Thank you Aunt Maggie.”
Maggie
“You all are very welcome. And thank you all for helping clean up.”
Nathan
“Well Melanie, we better get to work.”
Melanie
“Yes. I’m so glad we’re working the same shift.”
Nathan
“Me too.”
They smile at one another.
Maggie
“So Nick, what are you going to do?”
Nick
“I’m going to look for a job.”
Maggie
“Oh that’s good. So where are you going to look at?”
Nick
“I think I’m going to start at the hospital.”
Nick turns and smiles at Nathan and Melanie. Nathan doesn’t look too happy.
DIMERA MANSION
EJ
“I doubt I’ll get to see Sydney and Chad doesn’t want to talk to me.”
Stefano
“You can see Sydney and as for Chad, who could blame him? You disowned him after learning the truth.”
EJ
“Excuse me for not believing that he could be my son.”
Stefano
“Well he is and you better make an effort to be in his life and find a way to get my granddaughter back from the hateful bitch.”
EJ
“I will do everything in my power to do just that.”
Stefano
“Very well.”
Nicole walks in and interrupts.
Nicole
“Morning everyone.”
EJ and Stefano look at her.
EJ
“And where did you go so early this morning?”
Nicole
“Court.”
Nicole pours herself some water.
EJ
“Court? For what?”
Nicole turns around and takes a sip of her water.
Nicole
“Phillip’s arraignment.”
Stefano and EJ laugh.
Stefano
“What did Phillip do this time?”
Nicole
“Run me over. Well that’s what the DA thinks he did, but I there’s no evidence and I can’t believe Phillip would do that to me.”
Stefano
“He’s a Kiriakis. Of course he would.”
Nicole
“Phillip is my friend.”
EJ
“Phillip is a moron.”
Nicole
“He is not.”
EJ
“Let me guess, you helped him.”
Nicole
“Of course. He’s free to be with Chloe and be a father to my godchild.”
Stefano
“This conversation is annoying me. I’ve got some business to take care of.”
EJ
“Have fun.”
Stefano leaves. EJ stares at Nicole.
Nicole
“So are you just going to stare at me for the rest of the day?”
EJ
“No, I have something I need to handle.”
EJ’s phone rings. He answers.
EJ
“Hello?”
EJ pauses.
EJ
“Really? Are you sure that was Chad? Really? Ok thanks.”
EJ hangs up.
Nicole
“Are you spying on your own son?”
EJ
“It’s not spying.”
Nicole
“Why don’t you just get to know him like a normal person? You know sit down, talk, have breakfast, lunch, dinner…now I’m hungry. Are you hungry?”
EJ
“No.”
Nicole
“Fine, I’ll go get something to eat myself.”
Nicole heads to the kitchen. EJ turns to face the fireplace and sees a picture of Johnny and Sydney sitting on top. He walks over to it and picks it up. He stares at it for a moment before he holds it close to his heart and begins to cry. Nicole walks back into the room and interrupts.
Nicole
“EJ, cook made some…”
She stops when she sees EJ crying.
KIRIAKIS MANSION
Stephanie is putting something in her purse when Vivian and Gus walk back into the living with Harold. Stephanie turns around.
Vivian
“Henderson, clean this up.”
Vivian points to the mess on the floor.
Henderson
“Yes Mrs. Kiriakis.”
Henderson bends down to clean up the mess. Vivian looks at Stephanie.
Vivian
“You’re still here?”
Stephanie picks up her purse and turns to Stephanie.
Stephanie
“I was just leaving.”
Vivian
“Well goodbye.”
Stephanie starts to walk away, but stops and turns back around.
Stephanie
“I can’t wait for you to get yours.”
Vivian
“Whatever you say darling.”
Stephanie turns back around and walks out the door. As she walks away from the house, someone is watching her from the bushes. Back inside, Henderson is finished cleaning up the mess as Vivian pours herself another drink.
Vivian
“Gus”
Gus
“Yes madam”
Vivian turns around with her drink.
Vivian
“Can you head upstairs and make sure I grabbed all my bags?”
Gus
“Yes madam”
Gus heads upstairs as Vivian enjoys her drink. She takes a few sips then sighs.
Vivian
“This is some good stuff.”
She goes to take another sip then starts choking.

Oh my gosh, what did Stephanie put in Vivian's drink?? Victor's dialogue was absolutely perfect. Love how Stefano lost a grandchild and Kate gained one! My favorite lines today were the things Philip said to Chloe at the jail cell. But this line had me laughing out loud: Stefano: “You’ve got to be kidding me. This doesn’t even seem real. It’s like one of those fan fiction story things.” Great chapter. Worth waiting for. Thanks danniebear87. |

Chloe gets some tea. She turns around and runs into Daniel.

“Except for a video that clearly shows your car plowing into Nicole then driving off.”

“Justin told the judge that the tape went missing for some time and could have been tampered with.”

“Uncle Justin ratted me out?”
Phillip stares at her

Gus comes downstairs with a bag.
Gus
“Madam, you forgot one bag, but I have it.”
Gus gets downstairs.
Gus
“Madam?”
Gus walks towards the living room and notices Vivian on the floor.
Gus
“MADAM!!!”
He kneels down to check on Vivian.
Gus
“Oh no. What happened? Madam? Answer me?”
He gets no response. Henderson walks to the door.
Henderson
“Is everything ok?”
He sees Vivian on the ground.
Henderson
“Oh my goodness. What happened?”
Gus
“I’m not sure.
Henderson
“I will can for an ambulance.”
Gus
“Ok.”
Henderson picks on the phone to call 911. Gus holds Vivian in his arms and brushes her hair.
LUCAS’ ROOM
Lucas
“So how is Johnny?”
Sami
“He’s doing great thanks to his daddy.”
Lucas
“I’m happy to oblige.”
Sami
“It’s just so amazing how the last couple of days have gone. One minute I fear that I would lose Johnny to EJ to fearing I was going to lose Johnny after the accident to Johnny’s not EJ’s he’s yours and you saving his life.”
Lucas
“Yeah it is.”
Sami
“Now I just worry about Sydney.”
Lucas
“Who may not be yours?”
Sami
“I’ve been thinking about that.”

“And?”
Sami
“I agree. We should do a DNA test to know for sure. Is Sydney mine and EJ’s or EJ’s and Nicole’s?”
Kate walks in.
Kate
“Well, well, well.”
Sami and Lucas look at her standing in the door way.

Hope
“When did Nick get out?”
Nathan
“Last night. He just showed up at Maggie’s.”
Hope
“Wow, this is great.”
Melanie
“Yeah, great.”
Hope
“I know you don’t like Nick.”
Melanie
“It’s not that I don’t like Nick, it’s just I was caught off guard about him just popping back up in town. That’s all.”
Hope
“How about you Nathan?”
Nathan
“I think it’s just all a little weird. I mean I don’t know the guy very well, but still. And he wants to come and work at the hospital.”
Nick walks off the elevator and sees Melanie, Nathan, and Hope. He walks over to them.
Hope
“That’s great. Nick was a great chemist.”
Nick
“Are you guys talking about me?”
Hope
“Hey cousin.”
Hope hugs Nick.
Hope
“I’m so happy you’re out.”
Nick
“Thank you Hope. So how are you and Bo and Ciara?”
Hope
“Well Bo and I are divorced.”
Nick
“Oh I’m sorry.”
Hope
“It’s fine. Ciara’s doing great. All A’s.”
Nick
“Awesome.”
Hope
“Well I don’t want to keep you from your job hunt. I have to get going, but you should come over for dinner. Ciara would love to see you again.”
Nick
“It’s a date.”
Hope
“Great, see you later.”
Nick
“See ya.”
Hope heads for the elevator.
Melanie
“So Nick, you’re really looking for a job here?”
Nick
“Is that a problem?”
Melanie
“No, you’re free to apply anywhere you want to.”
Nick
“Good.”
Nick smiles then walks away.
Nathan
“Well I need to get back to my rounds.”
Melanie
“Wait, are you mad at me?”
Nathan
“No.”
Nathan walks away. Melanie doesn’t seem convinced.
UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL
Phillip
“No he didn’t say that it was stole. Just that it was missing for some time then reappeared.”
Stephanie
“So basically he ratted me out.”
Phillip
“What? No. Are you even listening to me?”
Stephanie
“Yes I am. I know that Justin threw me under the bus to save your sorry ass.”
Phillip
“He didn’t mention you at all. My goodness Stephanie, have you lost your mind?”
Stephanie
“My mind is just fine thank you.”
Phillip
“I think you should talk to somebody. You’ve been through a lot with Nathan and then that Eddie guy. I think you need professional help.”
Stephanie
“You’re the crazy person. This whole thing is all your fault. You just had to sleep with Chloe and get her pregnant so Melanie could go running into Nathan’s arms.”
Phillip
“I should have never married Melanie. She was clearly in love with Nathan. If I could see it then you should have too.”
Stephanie
“So now this is my fault?”
Phillip
“You should have never gotten involved with Nathan just like I should have never gotten involved with Melanie.”
Stephanie
“Of course. Everything’s Stephanie’s fault.”
Phillip
“Stephanie, grow up and take responsibility for your own actions.”
Stephanie stares angrily at Phillip as Vivian is being wheeled in.
Gus
“We need a doctor.”
Gus yells. Stephanie and Phillip look over. Daniel rushes over.
Daniel
“What do we have here?”
Paramedic
“Madam was just fine when I went upstairs. I come back down and I found her passed out on the ground. Please help her.”
Daniel takes out his flashlight and checks Vivian’s eyes.
Daniel
“Did she ingest anything? Food? Any liquids?”
Gus
“She did have a drink.”
Gus thinks.
Gus
“Yes that’s the last thing she had.”
Daniel
“Roll her to exam room 1.”
The paramedics wheel Vivian pass Stephanie and Phillip. Daniel rushes behind them. Phillip approaches Gus.
Phillip
“Hey Gus, what happened to Vivian?”
Gus
“She had a drink and collapsed.”
Phillip
“That’s weird.”
Gus
“Oh no. What if she was poisoned?”
Gus yells. Stephanie looks at him.
Phillip
“Calm down, calm down.”
Gus takes a deep breath.
Phillip
“Daniel is a good doctor.”
Gus
“So I’ve heard.”
Phillip
“Yeah so I’m sure Vivian will be feeling better in no time.”
Gus
“Yes. Oh I should contact Mr. Kiriakis.”
Phillip
“I’ll take care of it.”
Gus
“Thank you.”
Phillip
“I gotta get going. Are you going to be ok?”
Gus
“Much better.”
Phillip
“Good.”
Gus goes to sit down. Phillip turns around and pulls out his phone. Stephanie approaches him.
Stephanie
“I hope that you get what’s coming to you just like Vivian.”
Phillip puts his phone to his ear as Stephanie walks away. He calls Victor.
Phillip
“Hey dad, there’s something up with Vivian. She’s in the hospital. I think you should get down here when you get a chance. Ok, bye.”
LUCAS’ ROOM
Lucas
“Mom, what are you doing here?”
Kate closes the door and walks closer to Lucas’ bed.
Kate
“What am I doing here? I’m here to see if my son and my new grandson are alright.”
Sami
“How do you even know about this?”
Kate
“EJ.”
Sami
“EJ, of course.”
Kate
“Yes he’s all pouty face that he’s not Johnny’s father and Lucas’ is. I think it’s a blessing. Now he’s only half done with you.”
Kate smiles at Sami. Sami rolls her eyes.
Lucas
“Well I’m fine, so you can go do whatever.”
Kate
“Why are you in such a hurry to get rid of me?”
Sami
“Because you’re sucking up all the air.”
Lucas
“No because I’m going to be fine.”
Kate
“Why is Sami by your bedside anyways? Where is Alex?”
Lucas
“She had to meet with a client, it was urgent.”
Kate
“What’s more urgent that her boyfriend in the hospital?”
Lucas
“I told her to go.”
Sami
“I basically had to kick her out.”
Kate
“I bet you did.”
Lucas
“I don’t need the two of you fighting after everything.”
Kate
“Well Sami can leave, I’m staying.”
Sami
“I’m not going anywhere.”
Kate
“Can you leave for a little while? I would like to talk to my son please.”
Lucas
“She said please? This must be important.”
Kate
“It is.”
Sami
“Fine. I’ll go and check to see if Johnny’s awake.”
Kate
“Good.”
Sami walks out. Kate makes sure Sami’s gone before she takes a seat at Lucas’ bedside.
Lucas
“So what is so important that we need to talk about right now?”
Kate
“You need to stay the hell away from Sami.”
Lucas
“It’s kinda hard to do so when we share not 2 but 3 kids and we live together.”
Kate
“Sami and Rafe still live at your place? It’s been months.”
Lucas
“They’re looking. Sami’s been stressed with the EJ drama and Rafe’s swamped at work.”
Kate
“I don’t care about that. They need to move ASAP. If you keep spending time with Sami, you’re going to ruin your relationship with Alex.”
Lucas
“Alex is fine with Sami and me spending time together. We’re just two friends that have kids together.”
Kate
“Yeah until Sami wants you back.”
Lucas
“She has Rafe.”
Kate
“Rafe will walk away from Sami soon enough. They all do. You’re the only idiot that keeps coming back for more. Well you and EJ, but he has woken up and moved on with Nicole. Not exactly a better choice.”
Lucas
“I just got part of my liver taken out. I don’t really feel like arguing with you about Sami. So maybe we can pick this up in a few…never.”
Kate
“Whatever. You go ahead and stay connected to Sami all you want to. The only reason you’re still breathing is because I’m married to Stefano.”
Lucas
“So marrying Stefano does have an advantage.”
Kate gets up and walks towards the door.
Kate
“Keep on dealing with Sami. And let her pull you into another one of her stupid schemes all you want, but don’t you come crawling to me when it all blows up on your faces.”
Kate opens the door and walks out and runs into Phillip.
Phillip
“Mom? What’s wrong?”
THE PARK
Baker is sitting in the park reading the paper when Jason walks up.
Jason
“Dr. Baker, long time no see.”
Baker looks up from his paper for a second then continues to read.
Baker
“I’ve been busy.”
Jason
“I bet I know with whom.”
Baker
“What is it that you want?”
Jason
“I need you to do me a favor.”
Baker
“I don’t want to do any favors for you.”
Jason snatches the paper from Baker. Baker stands up and gets into his face.
Jason
“Tough luck. Do you really think you can get away from The Boss that easily? Especially after everything that’s happened? Plus you own me for keeping you out of trouble.”
Baker stares angrily as Jason turns to the front paper.
Jason
“We both know that Phillip Kiriakis didn’t run over Nicole Walker.”
Jason shows Baker the article on Phillip.
Jason
“And we both know he did it.”
Hope walks up behind Jason.
Hope
“Hey, is everything alright?”
Jason and Baker look over at her.
Baker
“Hope, hey.”
Baker walks over to Hope.
Baker
“Yeah everything’s ok.”
Jason
“Yes Hope. I was just telling Baker about a new job opportunity.”
Hope
“Oh really? Where?”
Jason
“At University Hospital.”
Hope
“That’s great.”
Baker
“Yeah great.”
Hope
“I think you should go for it.”
Jason
“Listen to Hope, Baker. It’s a great opportunity.”
Baker
“It is, but I will have to think about it.”
Hope’s phone rings. She pulls it out of her pocket.
Hope
“Excuse me.”
She looks at the id.
Hope
“It’s Ciara. I’m going to take this. You guys keep talking.”
Baker
“Ok.”
Hope walks away. Baker stares at Jason.
Baker
“A job opportunity at University Hospital?”
Jason
“Yes.”
Baker
“Doing what?”
Jason
“My assistant.”
Baker
“I’m not going to be your assistant.”
Jason
“You have no choice. If you don’t then I will hand over all the proof I have that Hope ran down Nicole Walker.”
Baker
“You said you wouldn’t.”
Jason
“I saw a lot of things that I don’t mean. All I know is that you have no choice so be ready to start work on my command. You only have one more chance to turn yourself around before The Boss steps in again and you don’t want that now do you?”
Baker thinks for a moment.
Baker
“Fine. Just tell me where and when.”
Jason
“I’ll get back to you.”
Jason gives Baker an evil smile then walks away. Hope walks up to Baker.
Hope
“Is everything ok?”
Baker
“Yes, everything’s perfect now that you’re here.”
Hope smiles.
Hope
“So did you accept the job offer?”
Baker
“Yes I did.”
Hope
“Awesome. Then you’ll be working with my cousins. Well one hopefully the other as well.”
Baker
“That’ll be fun.”
Hope
“And I’ll get to see you after my sessions.”
Baker smiles.
Baker
“I would love that.”
Hope
“I have some free time now. Ciara wants to bake cookies at a friend’s house. So do you want to get something to eat?”
Baker
“I’m starving, let’s go.”
Hope smiles.
OUTSIDE OF LUCAS’ ROOM
Kate
“Yes, everything’s fine.”
Phillip
“Who were you visiting?”
Kate
“Lucas.”
Phillip
“What’s wrong with him?”
Kate
“Oh I’m not the only one that was out of the loop. Well Lucas gave a part of his liver to his son.”
Phillip
“Why did Will need a new liver?”
Kate
“Not Will, Johnny.”
Phillip
“What? Johnny’s EJ’s son.”
Kate
“Not anymore according to Daniel and Lexie. They ran some test to see if EJ would be a match and they find out that they aren’t even related. So the only other possible father was Lucas and Lucas was a match.”
Phillip
“Wow. Things you miss when you’re locked up.”
Kate
“You were locked up? For what?”
Phillip
“Hit and run.”
Kate
“Who did you hit?”
Phillip
“Nicole.”
Kate
“You’re the one that hit Nicole?”
Phillip
“Yeah apparently, there was a tape that showed a car hitting Nicole and it looked like mine, but Justin and Nicole got me off. So I’m good.”
Kate
“Well next time you should back up and run over her again to make sure that she’s dead.”
Phillip
“What? Mom, come on.”
Kate
“What? I’m just a mom trying to give her son some hit and run pointers.”
Phillip
“That’s not normal.”
Kate
“Well suit yourself.”
Sami walks up.
Sami
“Phillip, nice to see you.”
Phillip
“I’m sure.”
Sami
“If you’re here to see Lucas, you’ll have to wait. They’re about to run some test on him.”
Phillip
“Well good that gives me some time to call Chloe.”
Phillip takes out his phone and prepares to call Chloe. Kate and Sami laugh.
Phillip
“I heard that.”
Phillip walks away to call Chloe. Kate turns to Sami.
Sami
“Well at least we have something in common.”
Kate
“Our dislike for Chloe.”
Kate starts to walk away, but she turns back around.
Kate
“And Mia.”
Sami
“Don’t get me started on that one.”
Kate
“You and Mia are pretty similar. Annoying little tramps that are trying to sink their claws into my son and grandson, but just so you know Sami. I know you’re up to something and you’re dragging Lucas into it. I will find out and I will eliminate you from Lucas’ life…for good.”
Sami gives Kate a sly smile.
Sami
“I’m not up to anything Kate. So you can snoop or do whatever it is that you do, but you’ll come up empty.”
Kate starts to walk away, but Sami follows.
Sami
“And there’s nothing that you can do that’ll kick me out of Lucas’ life.”
Kate turns back around.
Sami
“Like it or not. I’m the mother of his 3 kids and that’ll never change.”
Kate
“Unfortunately, but don’t ever underestimate me.”
Sami
“Oh I’ll never do that Kate. Even though everything you’ve tried to do to keep Lucas and I apart hasn’t work and will never work. It’s just a temporary thing that can be easily fixed.”
Kate
“And how does Rafe think about this? Hmm?”
Sami
“Rafe knows Lucas and I are great friends.”
Kate
“Rafe will walk ways in due time and I hope I have a ringside seat to that disaster.”
Kate gives Sami one last smile before she walks away.
Sami
“Whatever I’m not going to lose Rafe or Lucas.”
Sami says to herself. In the corner, Phillip talks on the phone with Chloe.
Phillip
“Hey Chloe.”
Chloe
“Hey, what’s up?”
Phillip
“Change of plans. I’m going to be at the hospital for a little while longer.”
Chloe
“Why? What’s wrong?”
Phillip
“Lucas is in the hospital.”
Chloe
“Why? What happened?”
Phillip
“He gave part of his liver to Johnny who is now his son.”
Chloe
“What?”
Phillip
“Yeah crazy right?”
Chloe
“Uh, yeah.”
Phillip
“So is it ok if we just meet up for dinner?”
Chloe
“Of course.”
Chloe smiles through the phone.
Phillip
“Great, I’ll see you at The Pub. I’ll text you when I’m about to leave.”
Chloe
“Ok. Bye.”
Phillip
“Bye.”
They both smile as they hang up. Before Phillip could turn around, someone hits him over the head. He falls to the ground. In the waiting area, Daniel finds Gus.
Daniel
“Gus”
Gus rushes over.
Gus
“Is Vivian already?”
Daniel
“I’m afraid that Vivian has slipped into a coma.”
Gus is devastated.
NURSE’S STATION
Nick and Lexie approach the desk.
Lexie
“Well Nick, I’m happy that you’re doing better and that you want to work here at the hospital.”
Nick
“Thank you Lexie. I do look forward to working here.”
Lexie
“There’s a lot of great reasons to work here.”
Lexie gets a page.
Lexie
“I gotta take this, but I’ll give you a call when I get more on that position from Dr. Walters.”
Nick
“Ok. Bye.”
Lexie walks off. Nick heads to the elevator. He turns back and sees Melanie walk up to the desk.
Nick
“Lexie’s right. There are so many reasons to want to work here.”
Nick smiles. Melanie turns around and sees him smile. She smiles back. Nick turns and gets on the elevator.

OMG what a chapter! Who hit Philip over the head? Stephanie? I am beginning to think she really has lost her mind. Looks like Philip may be late meeting Chloe for dinner. So Hope is Nighttime Hope again! I didn't see that one coming. All of Kate's conversations were priceless. This may be my favorite bit of dialogue of all time: Kate “Well next time you should back up and run over her again to make sure that she’s dead.”
Phillip “What? Mom, come on.”

The night Nicole got hit was the night Nighttime Hope and Baker left for Puerto Rico. They left the hospital and hit Nicole on the way out. Bringing back Nighttime Hope isn't a bad idea though  |

There's so much going on. I'm relieved to know Philip didn't hit Nicole. I wonder who hit him over the head. Kate was so good in this chapter. Thanks for the update danniebear87. I'm looking forward to reading more. |
