Maggie tells Kayla that she is worried that it has been 24 hours since Sarah received the serum with no results. Kayla is unsure how long it may take with an untested serum. Kristen joins them, demanding to know the results. Kayla refuses to give Kristen any details. Maggie steps forward and gives Kristen an update on Sarah’s lack of progress. Kristen tells them they need to take the bull by the horns and force Sarah to try to walk. She rushes to Sarah’s room. Maggie tells Kayla to let her go, she may be right. But Maggie tells Kayla that Kristen will feel her wrath if she harms Sarah.
Kristen tries to get Sarah to her feet. Xander throws her out of the room. Sarah decides to give Kristen’s method a try. Xander will not let her fall. Sarah is unable to bear weight.
Sarah asks Maggie to bring over her dinner tray. A water bottle falls from the tray and hits Sarah’s leg. She tells her mother that she felt it.
Brady arrives to check on Sarah. Xander offers him his job back.

The Xander and Brady scenes were lovely. It was a much needed apology from Xander for all the wrongs he did to Brady over the last few months, and Brady was so gracious in understanding and letting it go. I also liked them discussing how much Titan used to matter to Xander over all else, but now it is Sarah.
Kristen trying to haul Sarah out of bed was actually very funny, as was Xander bodily removing her. I love their weird siblingesque vibe.
And finally, the serum kicked in!

Fine comedy. Sarah yelping out "what's happening" as bullish Kristen tried to pry her off the bed. And Xander's "Thank you for the deranged pep talk" was the comedy line of the day as he booted the bitch out of the room.
Kayla gets points for telling Kristen to get lost as well.

The ending when Maggie knocked the bottle and plate off the tray was very believable.
