JJ tells Chad that he is upset that EJ dropped the charges against Cat. Cat appears and Chad admits that he asked EJ to release Cat. JJ berates Cat for what she has put his family through. Chad tries to explain that the release of Cat is part of his plan to retrieve Abigail’s remains. JJ tells Chad he will not keep his secrets.

Cat's new name is "Pin Cushion Cat." Holy Moses JJ was ripping into her like a lion on a zebra. He dismissed her real-life trauma regarding her mom as a "pathetic little dilemma." Ha.
He was relentless. JJ seemed calm as he entered back into the show but the past couple of days he has gone off.
I couldn't help but think it would be so dastardly clever for Days to bring back Eve at this point. Hell, she showed up for about 17 seconds a year or two ago and then faded into the mist. That was a waste of time.
Chad isn't much better. He treats Cat with severe disrespect. We get it. She did something terrible, but she is still a human being. Not some sort of fish minnow bait which is how Chad apparently sees her at this point.
And you would think Cat trying to save her mother angle would soften up his stance but no can do.

I always thought J.J. stood for Jack jr
Apparently it’s Julie jr with how much of a busy body he’s been
I really don’t like the actor at all he’s been barely on screen 5 minutes and already annoying me
He just has the kind of face that’s begging to be punched
Someone please punch his face

I don't feel the least bit sorry for Cat.
I also didn't mind JJ raking her over the coals like he did. She's had to deal with the husband of the woman she's pretending to be. She has yet to really face any of the people who knew Abigail almost her whole life so this kind of outrage is going to come from multiple people. I would have gone off on her if I had been in that position.

JJ was a little over the top and came across as sanctimonious but if I was in his position I'd feel the exact same way and wouldn't go along with the plan. Cat should be behind bars but of course this is a setup for Chad to spend more time with her and fall in love with her. Sorry, but there is just no way to make Chad interesting, no matter the storyline, try as they might. I wish they'd just give up on this character. He makes my fast-forward finger itchy.
