Jada tells her sister about her engagement. Rafe comes in. Jada says she loves the ring, and she sent a picture of it to Talia, who also loves it. They talk about how special it is because it’s a family heirloom. Rafe notices a box and asks what it is. Jada says it’s something special she got for him.
Rafe puts his commissioner badge on and asks if Jada’s okay with it. Jada says she enjoyed being commissioner but is happy to let Rafe be the boss again, at least on the job. At home, she’s in charge

Like Peterman told Elaine after he retook over the business in "Seinfeld."
