Xander comes home to the Kiriakis mansion and gives Sarah a kiss. She gives him a look and tells him Philip was here. He says Xander tried to kill him. Xander says that’s an exaggeration but has to admit that he pointed the gun and pulled the trigger.
Sarah insists this has to stop. First Brady. Now Philip. His obsession with revenge has got to end. He says it won’t end until everyone pays for what they’ve done. Sarah says she’s sure they’ll live happily ever after once he’s finished doing 25 to Life. She tells him she can’t live this way. Her being able to walk isn’t worth taking someone’s life or throwing away his own.
Brady walks in and tells them he tried to get Kristen to drop her demand to exchange the serum for Titan. Xander thanks Brady for trying but presumes Kristen turned him down. Brady says she didn’t turn him down. He hands the vial of serum to Sarah.

Xander was like a chastised child with Sarah. I know he is awful but their chemistry is so good.
Sarah's face when she saw the serum said it all: She does want this. She just didn't want Xander to sacrifice everything for it.

I love how she is able to chastise Xander in a caring way and doesn't shriek at him. She is eminently reasonable (and she didn't used to be) and she's 100% right.

I adore them. They are the only viable couple on the show under 50

So does she swallow the serum. Inject it twice daily. Suppository?
I just can't over the fact that some dark urine looking juice in a putrid little plastic container is going to cure Sarah.
My guess is it either doesn't work or more likely DOES work but not without side effects. Meet Sarah the "Wolf Woman." And Xander will want to jump off a cliff for pushing for it.
As for Brady he might have just sold his soul down the river since it seems he now has to act civil towards Kristen who fully expects him to come back to her now.

I think Brady did sell his soul, maybe agreed to work on a relationship with Kristen in exchange for the serum. Kristen said she chose love over money.
It is clear they are making Philip the bad guy. Bad guy Philip resorts to fraud to stop the deal for the serum. Good guy Brady makes a new deal that may not be in his own best interest.

I think Xander will calm down once Sarah has the cure. He is just a mess of guilt and anger because he blames himself for letting his mother into their lives.
I for one am tired of people thinking they know better than Victor what he wanted for Titan. When he was alive he was very clear to Xander he was the best choice. And his will, despite Kate's insistence, made reference to a trust to pay Philip's medical bills, so Victor outed him as alive but didn't want him anywhere near his company.
