Rafe is talking to Jada when he hears her yell at Vivian wondering what she is doing as a gunshot is heard.
Back in the cell area, they discuss the fact that Abby’s remains are missing, which is why Chad came to see her. She thought he was coming to see how she was doing. Chad didn’t deserve what they did but Mark reminds her they didn’t have a choice. She says they need to be realistic because there is no hope their mother is still alive. Mark wonders how they are going to tell their siblings that they not only lost their mom once, but twice. She thinks they need to tell them everything, including who she really is. Mark is hoping they haven’t read about their arrest in the papers yet.
Aaron shows up & begs Mark to tell him that this is a mistake. He wasn’t really in Europe trying to kill Chad. Mark says Aaron should be there & is sorry. Aaron says you have lied to me & Felicity and he demands to know what is going on. Aaron wants to know why he keeps looking at Cat, who he recognizes from the park.
Aaron wants to know why he is saying their mom is alive, she & their dad were both killed in an automobile accident. Mark tells his brother their mom survived but was taken by Clyde Weston and was blackmailing Mark into going after Chad. Mark says everything he did was to protect Aaron & Felicity. Aaron tells him to stop trying to protect them. Cat tells him to listen to his brother. Aaron tells her to stay out of their family business. Cat says she is family, she is their older sister.
Aaron doesn’t believe her. His sister was in the accident and is currently in a rehab clinic, barely alive. Cat says she was in the accident, but had extensive plastic surgery, which is why she doesn’t look like she did. Aaron finally realizes she IS his sister and she laughs and says Hi, kiddo, it’s been a minute.
He is overjoyed she is there, and their mom is alive. He wants to see their mom but neither Cat or Mark are sure she is still alive. They were given a task to perform to get their mom back, but they failed. Aaron wants to know why they couldn’t go to the police, but Clyde wouldn’t let them. They are trying to find their mom. Aaron must get out of there and leaves.

This I quite enjoyed, it explained a lot about the Greene family at last, and I felt for poor dumb Aaron

I'm not quite invested in this manufactured family.
While I appreciate DOOL writers creating more families to mingle with, it'd be nice if they brought back a Horton or Brady to represent.
