Vivian tells Philip that Kate is on board with their plan. She lies that Kate doesn’t know Philip is aware that Victor’s letter was forged. She asks how things went with Philip’s brother. Philip says he’ll handle Xander. Vivian has a headache after dealing with Kate. She lies down with a sleeping mask over her eyes.
Kate calls Philip and tells him to meet her at the pub and don’t tell Vivian.
Pub
Kate chastises Philip for not letting her know he was in town. He assures her she was next on his list. She tells him she knows what they are up to and he realizes she knows about the forged letter. Kate agrees that Philip deserves to run Titan, but without Vivian’s help. Kate called the cops and says Vivian is on her way to Statesville. Philip asks if she's going to rat him out too and Kate replies "no."
