The new wardrobe will be up soon. Chanel can't wait to see it. Kate is sorry about the birthday fiasco. They recap the Stephanie mix up. Kate decided not to fire them and give them a second chance. She thinks Chanel should do the same.
Chanel thinks Kate wants to keep drama off the set. Kate talks about baby Johnny running around when she was married to Stephano. Kate tells Chanel men have a tendency to let their jealousy overwhelm them. She reflects on Philip who was insanely jealous of Brady and Chloe and he almost lost his sanity. Johnny hurt Chanel badly but he did not go to the crazy extremes Philip did. She thinks Chanel should forgive him.
Kate says she needs Chanel and Johnny to get along. Too much behind the scenes drama and the show hasn't even aired yet. The last thing she needs is someone else storming through her door with yet another problem. On cue, Xander enters telling her she needs to stop her idiot son from killing his deal.
Kate has no idea what Xander is talking about. Xander doesn't believe her. Philip does not have the brains or guts to do this alone. He derides Kate's "little soap opera". Kate says it's the first she is hearing about it. Xander does not care who is pulling Philip's strings, he wants him to back off. He departs, somewhat hilariously nodding a quick "Chanel" her way.

I wish Kate had said "It's none of my business, but...." Because it isn't any of her business. I did however think she gave Chanel good advice.
Odd for Xander to barge in and make demands of Kate.
