Handing out candy to kids once it starts getting dark out. During gaps, I’ll watch the Hocus Pocus duology, and probably It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.

Putting together a new desk. It's rained here most of the day and I don't get trick or treaters out way out here. They all venture off to the "ritzy" neighborhoods about 20 minutes away. LOL.
We are going to try to do a late Halloween bonfire on Saturday but we will see what the weather does. I don't think any of us are really feeling the Halloween spirit this year with everything that has been going on.

We got no trick or treaters I expected as much as we live out the country and the few kids usually get a lift into town to clean up as far as candy goes My two went to the neighbours on either side and across the road Turns out they cleaned up just as much as they were the only ones so they were given massive handfuls which suited Frank perfectly as he hates walking too far so less work and more reward for my little princess John was delighted when the next door neighbour who was doing ground works put him up in the digger and showed him how to use it Then he climbed the big mountain of stones and kept sliding down and was met with candy at the bottom He got to burn off his adhd energy and got something nice He slept like a champ last night

We only had 3 trick or treaters this year. But it's not the least we've ever had. One Halloween during Covid a storm knocked the power out and we had no trick or treaters at all. Hopefully there will be more next year since Halloween is going to be on a weekend night .
