Arrow goes to see Miranda (Stephanie) and tells her Reagan is dead. He knows they were friends. What did Reagan say to Miranda before she died? Miranda says that what Reagan said is not allowed to be repeated in Pineview. However, Reagan said someone would help her get revenge on Arrow.
Arrow decides to confront Dr. Lamore (Seth Burns) in the hospital. Lamore screams MURDER. Arrow says they are in a deserted hospital set so no one will hear him. He accuses Lamore of bringing Charlemagne (Marlena/Hattie) back from the dead. Lamore admits he did. Arrow grabs him to take him to the cops but the Pineview Plunger is outside and stabs Lamore. Arrow calls 911 and says that Charlemagne is on the loose and killing people.
