Arrow comes to whatever the Pineview version of the Kiriakis mansion is [note: they haven't taken down Victor's portrait!] where Kassandra (Bonnie) is reading about Faith's murder in the news on her tablet. Arrow tells Kassandra that he is innocent, She believes him. She says Faith is not necessarily dead forever. The begonia saved her so it can save Faith.
Arrow sneaks into the hospital. No one knows it's him because he's wearing a surgical mask. Kassandra tells him to meet her in room 302.
Meanwhile, Hudson and Marshall find a broken set of cuffs at the mansion and realize that's how Arrow escaped (even though it was clear in the previous scene that he escaped by biting Johnny at the cop shop)
Arrow comes to Room 302 and finds Kassandra dead on an exam table and a knife next to her. He picks it up. Marshall and Hudson show up. Arrow insists he's innocent and that Reagan did it. However, Reagan is also dead on the floor.
Arrow disappears while Marshall and Hudson are looking at Reagan. Marshall says he went down the stairs. Hudson didn't know there were stairs. Marshall says they were off-screen. He and Hudson go after Arrow.
