EJ brings Fiona to the cell next to Brady. He is not ready to release Brady yet. He leave Fiona and Brady to “chat”. Brady forces Fiona to look at him. How could she do this to Sarah? Fiona ties to explain that she was just tipsy and she thought it was safer if she drove. It was dark and Sarah appeared out of nowhere. She got the idea to frame Brady from the time Maggie was framed for hitting Adrienne. She drove him home and moved him into the driver’s seat. She was hoping that no one would recognize the car. Brady realizes that he may not have been arrested by he would carry the guilt for the rest of his life.
EJ drops the charges against Brady. Fiona seems relieved as Brady leaves.

Serena Scott Thomas was very good here with a really loathsome character. Her body language today was spot on. She was alternating between self pity and self loathing. I am glad they gave these characters some time to talk out what went down.

EJ came thru in the end and had the best line of the day telling Brady to "get the hell out of my sight before I change my mind."
Also enjoyed the Brady/Fiona match. Fiona's acting deserves a high grade. She looks like a trapped animal at this point. But she made her bed and now has to sleep in it. She deserves to be put in the slammer for a long time. She told Brady it wasn't premediated. Who cares lady.
Interestingly Fiona is really isolated and on her own. Like that Bob Dylan classic "Like a Rolling Stone." She has no friends, and her son has essentially disavowed her.
The ending with Brady peeking at her as he was leaving was poignant, but I still can't muster up any sympathy for her.
Something tells me this case isn't over.

I'm so glad Fiona is finally facing the consequences of her actions. Seeing Brady really lay into her was great!

Me too. Brady could have laced into her even more. Her tears meant nothing. I hope we've seen the last of her.

I loved her body language throughout these scenes, she was just cowering into herself. Great performance for an ultimately awful character. Poor Xander, with Titus, Victor and Fiona as his role models it is no wonder he didn't start to fix himself until he had Maggie
