Tate tells Sofia that the true hit and run driver has been caught but his father is still in jail. Sofia is shocked to learn that the driver was Fiona Cook. She tells Tate about her conversations with Fiona. She was threatened to keep Fiona’s drinking a secret. Tate asks if Sofia will tell the police what she knows about Fiona. It might help his father. Sofia agrees. Tate is happy he has a friend like Sofia. They hug.

Tate is now really working for me, but I much prefer him with Sophia. I feel like Holly needs an older bad boy to temper her annoying personality a bit. I have really liked the teens inclusion in the hit and run story.

Sophia agreeing to testify against Fiona might come in handy in a case that might need every bit of evidence to lock up the monster for good.
Maybe their almost kiss was worthy of some attention too I suppose.
And I liked it when Sophia referring to Fiona said "I know the bitch."
