EJ absolutely refuses to allow Sarah to recant. He says that she gave a sworn statement, so if she changes it she's guilty of perjury. Xander and Sarah try to convince him that Sarah was doped up on pain meds and didn't know what she was talking about. EJ won't accept that. He doesn't want her to recant the recanted statement later if she remembers again. Sarah says she won't, but EJ isn't buying it. He says if Brady doesn't go to jail for 10 years tomorrow, Sarah will serve that sentence. 

EJ storms out. Xander is angry. He says he's gonna go talk to Kristen and convince her to give him the serum anyway. He won't let Sarah come with him.

Acting all around was top notch. And EJ as Lord Troublemaker is enjoying his role as Salem's number one party pooper.

In his defense, which is threadbare albeit, the two bozos should have NEVER concocted the lie about Brady in the first place. Make a stupid move and expect to pay for it.

EJ was toying with them which naturally left Xander steaming mad. The best part was the way he blew off Sarah accompanying him to visit Kristen


But the good news is if Fiona is nabbed then Brady is off the hook.

But will Kristen still agree to help out Sarah now that she has nothing to gain from it anymore.

I imagine Xander might turn to the bat again if she doesn't.

Ludicrous plot driven crap. As if any jury or judge in the world would give an amnesiac woman in a wheelchair a ten year sentence when she recanted something she had to undergo dodgy hypnosis to recall. Even Justin could get her off.

But of course they need Kristen to be able to use the serum for leverage on Xander for something else since Brady is about to walk.
