Julie tells Chad that Charlotte was playing dress up in the attic when she came across the box of Chad and Abigail wedding keepsakes. Julie thinks that Chad should tell the children that their mother is alive. It will be better to hear it from him instead of someone else. Chad finally agrees and calls Abigail.
Julie takes the children out to the house. Chad tells Abigail about his decision to tell Thomas and Charlotte that their mother is alive.

Dull and doesn't make a ton of sense to me since fake Abby does not look or act like "mommy."

Tell the kids. Don't tell the kids. I don't care. But Julie, it's not your place to push Chad one way or the other. Chad should stand up to Julie and tell her that he will decide on the right time.
Why have we not seen any interaction between Julie and Fake Abby?

Kpatch - Because a scene between Julie and Fake Abby would be interesting, compelling even. Two things that Ron C. can't stand.
