Tate comes in to visit Brady. Brady is sorry Tate had to see him last night. Tate asks, passed out drunk? Brady protests, that’s the thing, I wasn’t drunk. Tate soap stares.
Brady tells Tate he was totally out of it but it had nothing to do with being drunk. After what happened to Sarah he is never drinking again, and he sure wasn’t last night.
Brady begs Tate to believe him that he wasn’t drinking. Tate believes him. He is in Brady’s corner. Brady knows this hasn’t been easy for Tate, he deserves the scorn of the town, but Tate does not, nor does he deserve both his parents in prison. Tate tells him he’ll be fine. Brady knows that Tate has lots of people who love and support him. He wonders how things are going with Holly. Tate says not great, in fact, quite bad. Holly is not understanding about the accident and the disease of alcoholism. She won’t see anything from Tate’s point of view. He can’t hear her ranting about wanting Brady to pay. Brady says Holly is just angry about her aunt and to give her time. Tate was, until what Holly did. Brady wants to know what Holly did. Tate tells him about Holly sneaking into his room to find dirt on him.
Tate is recalling the incident, telling Brady that he threw her out of the house. Brady is sorry his situation caused this. Tate tells him he thinks Holly and EJ have been teaming up. They have been all buddy buddy since Holly found out Eric killed her father. Tate still hates that he told her that. Brady says he had no idea that she didn’t know. He and Eric did terrible things. Sarah is in a wheelchair because of what he did, and Holly’s father is dead because of what Eric did. He thinks EJ is using her anger as a weapon. He says Holly will need him and to be there. He thanks Tate for his compassion and kindness. Tate has to go do some homework. He will see Brady soon. Brady mutters: You just never let up, do you, EJ?
Kristen comes in. Brady wants to know if Rachel knows. Not so far. Kristen wants to know if he is being treated ok. She wants to strangle EJ. Brady says he is getting what he deserves. Rachel deserves to have her daddy. Brady says she will be fine with Kristen and her parents. Kristen can’t believe he is so passive. She is not going to stand by and watch him go to prison. Brady says there is nothing that can be done. Kristen has a plan. She can make Sarah Horton disappear.
Brady asks making Sarah vanish is her big plan? Kristen says just say the word and she will have Sarah rolling around the Dimera island compound by tomorrow. Brady: Oh my God. Or, says Kristen, she could do a Connie playbook and toss her in a basement and set off a bomb. Brady begs her to let justice take its course. Kristen won’t do it. She loves him and will do whatever she has to do to save him. She leaves. Brady pounds the table.
EJ comes in. Brady asks what more EJ can do. He confessed, Sarah has identified him. So get out. EJ says he noticed Kristen just visited, but he has him dead to rights this time, and Kristen can’t spare him from spending the next 20 years in Statesville.

I LOVED the indignant way Brady responded to Kristen's suggestion to make Sarah disappear (God forbid a second time by K herself even). There are people out there like Kristen. Some are druggies or the type you see hanging around liquor stores buying nips etc.
Locked and loaded with an air of menace. And nearly always going down a perilous path. Kristen can't really help herself and a part of me feels sorry for her but good gracious this woman spells trouble with a capital T.
EJ makes for the perfect pompous ass.

Kristen offered to dissapear or kill Sarah without blinking. She is never ever going to change. Note that, Brady. This woman is raising your child!

She claims she can't let Rachel lose her father but has no problem making sure that Victoria loses her mother. Despicable.

Regardless of the fact that Brady didn’t drink and drive, as far as they’re concerned he did And Eric did drink, drive and kill someone In what universe does this make ej the bad guy? Just cuz he’s enjoying it doesn’t make it any less the right thing to do by prosecuting him And Eric was let off way too easy and it’s somehow Ejs fault Holly hates him…. Yea ok 🙄

I love that Xander referred to Eric as one of Brady's enablers today. It is so true
