Alex visits Stephanie who can’t stop thinking about the sexy dream she had about him. But Alex is there because he’s stressed about Body and Soul and needs some advice. He wants to figure out how to tell the producers that having Faith and Arrow falling into bed from the start is a mistake. The characters are supposed to be star-crossed lovers. Who will watch if they have sex the very first week.?

Stephanie encourages Alex to reach out to Chanel, and then they can both approach the producers about making the change.

Stephanie gets a phone call from Jada. Jada tells Stephanie they were wrong. Everett didn’t kill himself. He was murdered. Connie attacked Rafe, poisoned Everett/Bobby, and forged the note.

Stephanie: To think that I invited that monster to his funeral, and she’s the one who killed him. Every time I think that I’m starting the healing process it’s like I’m losing him all over again.

Stephanie breaks down in tears. Alex hugs her and tells her how sorry he is. Before they get closer, Stephanie tells him he should go. He needs to talk to Kate. And she should call Jada back. Alex tells her to call if she needs him. She reminds him he’ll be working. Alex says it doesn’t matter. She’s more important.

It bugged me that Stephanie's reaction was all about feeling sorry for herself, not about poor, murdered Everett.
