At the mansion, EJ gives Holly tea and she tells him about the fight with Tate. EJ tells her that Tate is a clever young man and must know his father is going to prison eventually.
EJ promises Holly he will make getting the evidence to prosecute Brady his top priority.

Honestly, if Xander's plan had succeeded I doubt EJ would have done much investigating. Suicide, all good. Poor Tate though.

Why doesn't anyone ever mention that Brady and Daniel were good friends. Brady was in the same car the night Daniel died and he almost died too. He ended up getting Daniel's heart. Or would Holly be pissed about that too?

So disappointed the writers never wrote the scene between Holly and Maggie discussing this. Hopefully it happens in the near future.
