Eric is setting up his equipment when Hattie & Bonnie both arrive. Bonnie has the stack of re-writes in her hand and wants to talk to Kate about them, but Hattie tells her they need to get ready for the photo shoot.
Bonnie comes out for her photo shoot & Eric starts taking pictures of her. Hattie comes out wearing the same dress. Each wants the other to change but neither wants to. They have an old-fashioned cat fight.
Chanel comes out in a baby doll dress for her photo shoot. A few pictures are taken when Alex comes in the room. She goes to leave, thinking her photo shoot is over, but Kate wants pictures of them together. They pose together but Kate suggests he put is arm around her. The quietly talk about their upcoming scenes and he offers to try to convince them not to shoot them yet. Eric wants them to look into each others eyes and Kate tells him to take off his jacket. She wants Chanel to put her hand on Alex’s chest as Johnny strolls in and is caught off guard by their closeness.

While there were some vague humorous moments it all didn't quite gel but I like the fact they are taking us back stage and giving us a glimpse of the petty dramas that take place there.
The best moments was when Alex comes out in a leather jacket and Chanel tries to flee the scene.
The Bonnie and Hattie rivalry is too heavy handed to make an impact but Stephanie's hilarious expression when Bonnie tried to strip down Hattie was priceless.
And Johnny's betwixt expression at the end was only fitting. The drama behind the drama.

Eric was so stereotypical. Chanel was a stiff.
How can Bonnie and Hattie be divas when no episodes have even aired.
Too much of Marlena bled through into Hattie in all her scenes today.

About Hattie today you may have hit the nail on the head. She wasn't quite "Bowling Alley Hattie" today and now that you mention it some Marlena seeped in. Any TRACE of Marlena is a BAD thing. |

Another annoying thing today. Why was Bonnie posing like a sex pot and why was Eric encouraging her as if they were on a porno shoot.
It all seemed a bit much. Maybe some Gloria Swanson "Sunset Boulevard" poses but Bonnie acting like a sex kitten was unsuitable.
As for wearing the same dress as Hattie the same dress looked different on her. It reminded me of that Smiths song "Some Girls are Bigger Than Others."
