Fiona says, "God forgive me for what I'm about to do," as she puts the pillow over Sarah's face. But she stops. Talking to herself, she wonders what she's doing. But Sarah can't let remember she was the one who hit her.
Fiona puts the pillow over Sarah's face again when Xander walks in with the soup. Fiona says she was just trying to make Sarah comfortable. Sarah wakes up.
Xander shares that the DA isn't pressing charges. Justin managed to convince EJ that there isn't enough evidence to prove that Brady committed the crime. Fiona says that's ridiculous since Brady confessed. Xander points out that Brady doesn't remember the accident. Maybe if Sarah concentrates, she can recall the driver's face.
Sarah can't recall anything but the headlights coming at her. Xander wants Brady put away for good. Can't she just say that she saw Brady's face, given that Brady had already confessed? Sarah won't do that, and she isn't happy that Xander asked. Then Xander remembers that Dr. Evans has helped people access their memories using hypnosis. Maybe she can help Sarah.
Fiona mocks hypnosis as being some kind of silly parlor trick. Sarah and Xander tell her that it can be quite effective when used by a professional, and Marlena is one of the best. Sarah points out that Brady is Marlena's stepson. Will she help Sarah get back memories that will help put him away? Xander thinks Marlena is a person of integrity and won't let that get in the way of finding the truth.
Fiona asks if he's sure about that, considering Xander shot her. Xander wants to know how Fiona found out about that. Fiona flashes back to Brady telling her. Fiona says she did some internet sleuthing on Xander's life. Fiona thinks Sarah should concentrate on her physical recovery without distractions.
Sarah agrees. Prosecuting Brady won't help her walk again. And it was an accident. Xander agrees that hitting her was an accident, but leaving her on the side of the road was a choice, and Brady needs to be behind bars. Brady is a danger to everyone. Sarah has a doctor's appointment tomorrow. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to see Marlena, too.
Fiona scurries off to reheat the cold soup. Xander tells Sarah that holding Brady accountable is important, and he hopes a hypnosis session will help unlock her memories.
Fiona stands on the other side of the door, listening. She mutters to herself that she can't allow that to happen.

Fiona redeemed herself briefly, then doubled down. I would assume that she'd poison the soup but I know this night does not continue.
I think Sarah will remember it was a woman driver but not enough to idenfity a face. Brady will be cleared, but he will now suspect Fiona, but will have to way to prove it.

Yes, I was really hoping that Sarah would at least remember it was a woman driving. I do hope that's coming soon, or else Xander might really kill Brady.

Xander is NOT going to like Brady walking free, and Brady is dumb enough to keep telling anybody who listens that he for sure did it. Sigh.

Vaguely comical at this point. But all the talk sure had Fiona quaking in her boots.
I want Fiona exposed the old-fashioned way. Good detective work. Sarah "remembering" isn't particularly exciting and worse would-be Marlena having Sarah coughing up the truth via hypnosis.

It's really hard to see through a windshield into a car these days. So many are tinted. Add in headlights in your eyes and fuggeddaboutit.
