“Abby” meets him at the park and apologizes for hanging up so quick. Stephanie came by to visit and overheard a part of the conversation, but she covered. She feels bad because Stephanie is really sweet. They hug and he wants to know if she is okay. She is, but hates being surrounded by her fake family. He reminds her that her real family is there for her. She thanks her ‘bro’ and he tells his ‘sis’ she is welcome.

Not sure they were joking about the bro sis stuff. But her being Jewish is about as believable as her being Abigail.
Good grief.
Stay tuned I guess if your attention span can handle it. This is oblique stuff.
And they will surely get caught. They seem careless.

Imagine if Chad catches them together again. He'll know it's not a coincidence. Why wouldn't they meet in a less public place? Mark's house maybe? An exam room at the hospital?

Them meeting in the park is about as stupid as "Abby" having all these covert telephone conversations in the living room of a mansion where 15 other people live.
