Johnny sees Hattie, reading her script, and thinks it is Marlena. She tells him she doesn’t have kids, so he realizes she is Hattie Adams. He introduces himself as Marlena’s grandson and the director of Body & Soul. She wants to talk to him because she doesn’t think the script sounds like her character. He tells her she would need to speak to the writer, so she heads off.
Johnny tells Chanel about how much Hattie looks like his grandmother and how different their personalities are. Chanel says she would mind having a job that is more unpredictable. She has hired so much staff, the bakery is basically running itself. She thinks that since Johnny is pursuing his dreams with Body & Soul, she should pursue her own, but she doesn’t know what it is.
Alex finds Chanel sitting in the square and he tells her he got the annulment papers but admits it wasn’t all Theresa’s fault. He ignored the red flags. She tells him that he was driven by his hormones. It leads to questionable decisions, like sleeping with HER girlfriend. They talk about their threesome and how Alex slept with Allie when they (Chanel & Allie) were fighting. They are having a loud debate about whether or not she was into him during their tryst when Johnny & Abe approach. They note the tension between them and Abe admits it was off the charts.

Rather stupid but slyly silly and vaguely comical the way Johnny and Abe twisted the argument into their casting advantage.
That's show business.

Double Ugh. So Johnny sees his WIFE sparring with the guy she has slept with in the past, and notes their sexual chemistry, and instantly thinks having them act it out on TV, when neither are actors, is a good idea?
