I believe history is about to be rewritten, but this is what I remember about Victor and his children. Bo — Victor put Bo on a pedestal once he learned Bo was his son. Isabella — Victoria treated her like a princess. Philip — Victor treated Philip like he could never measure up to Victor’s expectations, firing him, disowning him. Xander — Victor treated Xander like he was hired help, first working as a goon, then as a gardener. And when Xander stepped out of line, he ordered another goon literally slice Xander’s chest with a knife while Victor stood by and watched. It was maybe the most horrific scene ever on Days.
Your turn....

Your turn.... Reasons why this whole Xander is Victor's son storyline is full of it.

1. As stated, Victor tried to kill Bo over Carly. He also tried to train Bo in his image and when Bo resisted, faked DNA results that said he wasn't his son. Some might say he did that for unselfish reasons, but when Justin refused to become Victor lite he told Bo the truth anyway and tried to lure him back. 2. He faked his death and Isabella had to figure out the cover up. He also hid information about John from her. She walked away from him and let Shawn Sr walk her down the aisle at their wedding. She was frequently furious at him, going back to the knowledge that he had slept with her mother and still tried to seduce her as a 16 year old 3. Phillip had the worst of it, Victor from day one, as others have said, treating him like he was a failure, firing him, hiring him, disowning him, using his relationships to decide if he could run Titan or not, and he did the same to Brady as well. I don't think he ever tried to kill Phillip, but he had no problem orchestrating the theft of Brady's baby and letting him think she was dead. 4. Xander was not his goon, he ran his European 'pharmaceutical' companies. He was initially well turned out in suits and Victor treated him well, but held him at arms' length. It was only when he tried to fry Ericole that he turned on him, stripped him of his wealth and punished him by making him the gardener. Even then it wasn't about him trying to kill two people, but because Xander has 'disobeyed' him. Once he got out of prison Victor did treat him like a goon, but not at the start. And it was Victor who sliced Xander's neck with a knife himself.
I thought Xander was his son right from some of those early scenes in 2015, especially when Xander asked why he was harder on him than anybody else. That is how Victor always treated his sons.

So Victor essentially has 4 kids now...well Bo, Isabella, Philip and Xander. But if the truth does come out that Xander is Victor's son and not Titus', I wonder if Xander will ever get that chance to interact with Bo or Philip as his brothers?
