Well, Tamara's first airdate will be an early birthday present for me...a day early. So, I can live with Natalia until then; it's something to look forward to at least. I'm anxious to see how this recast will affect the storyline and the character of Taylor. I liked Tamara as Ava even though I hated the turn her storyline took. I do think she will have better chemistry with James than Natalia, but I don't know how well she will do with the current do-gooder part of Taylor. I do agree Tamara doesn't look like the younger sister, especially when you consider that Taylor is supposed to be young enough to have been spared from the brunt of Paul Mendez' abuse.

I am actually starting to not mind Taylor as much as I oroginally did however, I just with Tamara would start sooner rather then later. I hate even watching Natalia as her now that I know she is going to come back as someone else.

Tams is a far better actress. I cringed when Days announced they hired Natalia in the first place. I have watched both these ladies for years... I knew Natalia could not hang with Arianne and James...no way! With that being said, I have never seen Tams play a good girl...and personally I hate good girls, so if she played one I probably FFed anyway...but why cast someone known for being the vixen as goody goody Taylor?

Because Taylor is not the goody goody she pretends to be. She tried to steal that woman's purse on her first day im Salem, and was hand delivered to Nicole by a police officer. The fact that so much is made of her "goodness" is such a give away too. The clincher for me, was despite the fact that her sister married the guy she had hot visions about, she didn't swallow her pride and give up on the guy in the interest of making sure her sister is happy. Oh nooooo...she insisted on asking him if he had hot sex daydreams about her too. On her sister's wedding day no less. Poo to her. I think she took the job as Titan for the very reason EJ does...so she can yank his chain. That business of letting everyone beg her to do what she came to Salem to do in the beginning does not fool me. Stupid Nicole. She probably even conned Faye's doctor into pretending she was sick so she'd have a reason to stay.  |

While I don't really like her with EJ, I kind of like seeing him so off balance. I like the idea of some woman changing his world around. Hopefully Tamara will be better suited for him than Natalia.

I agree with that too DD! I am agreeing with you alot today. LOL
I like seeing EJ so uncomfortable around her. I really enjoyed his scenes today where he wouldn't lie to her neither. He admitted to her that he cannot show any form of self restraint around her. He just cannot control himself. It is nice to see him admitting this sort of stuff. Mind you, there can be no redemption in my eyes when it comes to EJ, but he is different around her, IMO.

We usually DO agree GG and I love it!!! I don't think it's possible for the writers to make EJ the next Jack, no matter what they do. He is destined to become the next Stefano, so they just need to stick with that. He can't be nice guy one day, and evil guy the next. He needs to find his "Kate" and we'll have to wait to see if Tamara's Taylor is it. *fingers crossed*
