Maggie tells Sarah and Xander that Kon’s Visa is about to expire. Xander: Hallelujah. Maggie continues that they have exhausted all options for him to stay in the States. Xander: Hallelujah, part two. Maggie wants him to shut up so she can finish. Sarah, says that ‘we’ are sorry that Konstantin is leaving as they know that Maggie enjoyed his company so much. Maggie gives her line about how Victor is responsible for Kon’s daughter’s death so she asked felt it was her responsibility to help him out, so asked him to marry her, and he said yes. Xander looks appalled. Maggie advises them that it will be an ‘in name only’ marriage. Sarah asks her if she is really sure she wants to do this. Maggie says she is at peace with her decision and there is no need for them to be concerned. Xander says they are concerned. It is dangerous, insane and they won’t let her do it.
Xander tells Maggie, that he loves and admires her, but she is making a huge mistake. Alex comes in with the papers for Maggie. Xander tells him that he and Sarah are thrilled about Maggie’s return to Titan. Maggie tells Alex about the upcoming sham wedding. He pretends to be surprised. Alex says that is ‘definitely news’. Maggie expected more of a reaction. Alex says he is not going to lie and say he is thrilled, and he can’t imagine anybody is. He says she can do whatever she wants to do, but his vote is in the nay column. Maggie tells him that he doesn’t get a vote, to leave the contracts and go. Alex goes to leave, Xander offers to show him to the door, and insists when Alex declines. Sarah tells Maggie that she can’t fault them for their misgivings. Maggie says she exhausted all other ways to keep Konstantin in the country. Sarah is worried about Maggie’s big beautiful heart and wants her to protect it. Maggie thanks her for her support. Sarah says she has it, but if Konstantin hurts her, forget Xander, that man will have to answer to her.
In the corridor, Xander overhears Alex on the phone with Kristen. He needles him about being shot down by Theresa. Alex says that is none of his business. Xander says it isn’t, but Maggie is, and he is worried about her. Alex is grossed out by the Konstantin marriage plan too. Xander says that “The man’s a criminal, not to mention a conman and a liar”. He is going to do whatever he can to stop Maggie from marrying her.
Konstantin comes in with his flowers and proffers them to Maggie. He wants to express his gratitude to her. She needs him to see something first. She has a prenup for him to sign. Konstantin looks offended and aghast. Maggie explains it is a formality so Victor’s assets are distributed according to his wishes. Once it is signed then they can set a date. Konstantin signs it and Maggie locks it in her safe, Konstantin glaring at it as it vanishes from his grasp. They giggle about how they are ‘good to go’

Maggie STUPIDLY parades the prenup right in front of Kon and pretty much gives him the map and key to find it and destroy it. First class IDIOT move.
Justin should have been present, and he should have taken the prenup and have a copy ready as well.
We know what will happen next now methinks.

How did Maggie expect people to react to her news? I was glad she shot down Ben and told him it's not his business. At the same time, she listened to Xander and while she didn't agree with him, she also didn't argue with him.
I love Maggie and Sarah's mother-daughter relationship. They remind me of me and my mom, may she rest in peace.

We don't even know if Konstantin signed his own name or Bobby Stein's or John Doe's. Maggie closed the document without looking at it and put it in the safe. Wouldn't it need to be filed by a lawyer? Wouldn't it need to be witnessed? Looked like Konstantin was trying to "read" the combination to the safe, which would be digital in this day and age, and not a combination lock, right? I know it's old but it should have been updated.
