Hi All. Here are this week's quesitons...
1. How do you feel about Everett and Stephanie as a couple? 2. Inspired by Stephanie and Leo’s conversation, is the film When Harry Met Sally a classic or dated? 3. Maggie told Alex to break up with Theresa, and forced Xander to have dinner with Konstantin in his own home? Do you think Maggie has changed since Victor’s death and if so, it is a good change or a bad one? 4. Who do you think called Xander and whom do they want him to kill? 5. Should Chad be Johnny’s best man after telling him he shouldn’t marry Chanel? 6. Did Ava and Stefan hooking up make sense? Are you glad it happened? 7. Rate this week’s level of boredom on a scale of 1 (not boring at all) to 10 (one of the most boring weeks in Salem in recent memory.) 8. What specifically annoyed or disappointed you the most this week? 9. What was your favorite scene or storyline?

1. How do you feel about Everett and Stephanie as a couple?
A: They're boring. First off, we're hearing about special moments between them that we never saw. Second, having them jump into bed together feels rushed. I think they might have had some potential if the show took their time, but now they're just another boring couple in a sea of boring couples in Salem.
2. Inspired by Stephanie and Leo's conversation, is the film When Harry Met Sally a classic or dated?
A: It's a classic! One of the best romantic comedies out there. Now, I want to go watch it again because it's been years.
3. Maggie told Alex to break up with Theresa and forced Xander to have dinner with Konstantin in his own home Do you think Maggie has changed since Victor's death, and if so, is it a good change or a bad one?
A: Maggie has been horrible lately. It's bad enough that she's allowing Konstantin to make a fool out of her, but insisting that he come to dinner was borderline obnoxious. It's Xander's home, and she knows the two men don't get along, so why make her dinner with her daughter and grandchild uncomfortable for everyone?
And telling Alex to break up with Theresa may have come from a good place but it was overstepping. But Alex and Maggie are equally unpleasant to one another, and it's not a good look for either of them.
4. Who do you think called Xander, and whom do they want him to kill?
A: I'm guessing it's Clyde, and perhaps he wants Harris dead, but why he'd have to call Xander is a bit of a mystery since I thought he had this whole drug network at his disposal.
5. Should Chad be Johnny's best man after telling him he shouldn't marry Chanel?
A: No! I understand that Chad is still grieving and that he's lived through incredible trauma, but he really took a happy moment for Johnny and replaced the joy with a sense of dread. Johnny doesn't have a lot of friends, but having Chad stand up for him now feels like the Grim Reaper is attending their wedding.
6. Did Ava and Stefan hooking up make sense? Are you glad it happened?
A: Ugh! This was terrible, and no amount of alcohol will make it right. Maybe Ava was seeing Jake, but they didn't play it like that. And Stefan talks nonstop about his love for Gabi, so this really makes a mockery of their romance. Not to mention that it was so cringe-worthy that I fast-forwarded through some of it.
7. Rate this week's level of boredom on a scale of 1 (not boring at all) to 10 (one of the most boring weeks in Salem in recent memory.)
A: At least a 7. It was a very boring week. If Ava and Stefan hooking up and Everett and Stephanie hitting the sheets was supposed to be intriguing, they really missed the mark.
8. What specifically annoyed or disappointed you the most this week?
A: Salem is filled with boring couples right now and we just added two more to the list. Rafe and Jada, Wendy and Tripp, and now Stephanie and Everett and Ava and Stefan. I don't care about any of them. These are not good days for romance in Salem.
And seeing Konstantin in any scene just makes me want to change the channel.
9. What was your favorite scene or storyline?
A: I liked that Johnny told Chanel everything that Chad said to him so that they could handle it together and that Chanel kept Johnny in the loop about her mother. This is the way real couples act.
And it's great to see Sarah and Xander having fun once again.

1. How do you feel about Everett and Stephanie as a couple? I feel nothing for the two of them as a couple. This hookup just made Stephanie seem like a ho. Either that or extremely insecure. She'll sleep with anyone who gives her some attention. You just know she will become a screaming mimi when the truth comes out about Everett's marriage to Jada.
2. Inspired by Stephanie and Leo’s conversation, is the film When Harry Met Sally a classic or dated? To me it's a classic. I can't not watch any time it's on TV.
3. Maggie told Alex to break up with Theresa, and forced Xander to have dinner with Konstantin in his own home? Do you think Maggie has changed since Victor’s death and if so, it is a good change or a bad one? Since when is Maggie so protective of Theresa? She doesn't like Alex one bit so she takes every opportunity to tear him down. I don't like Alex either and tend to have the same opinion of him as Maggie does. But his relationship with Theresa is none of her business. She should remember back to when people tried to talk her out of dating Victor. Yes, I think the writers have changed her personality for the worse since Victor died and it doesn't suit her. She's borderline unlikeable.
4. Who do you think called Xander and whom do they want him to kill? I was originally thinking it was Sarah testing Xander, but after seeing spoilers, I think I'm wrong about that.
5. Should Chad be Johnny’s best man after telling him he shouldn’t marry Chanel? No, Chad was really selfish when he told Johnny not to marry Chanel. I understand the reasons, but Johnny and Chanel aren't Abby and Chad or Stefan and Gabi or EJ and Nicole. But ... maybe Johnny and Chanel shouldn't live in the mansion once they get married.
6. Did Ava and Stefan hooking up make sense? Are you glad it happened? It seemed senseless. Plus they were both stoned out of their minds. I hate drunkenness as an excuse for sex. As drunk as they were, they'd be more likely to pass out than have sex.
7. Rate this week’s level of boredom on a scale of 1 (not boring at all) to 10 (one of the most boring weeks in Salem in recent memory.) I'll give it a 6.5 on the boredom scale. The week felt like filler and I fear we are in for more filler until the staff writers' post-strike episodes start to run.
8. What specifically annoyed or disappointed you the most this week? We keep hearing invented memories for Theresa and Brady and Stephanie and Everett and it feels false. We weren't there, so we can't relate and it doesn't serve to make their history deeper. I was also super annoyed that Maggie brought Konstantin to dinner, knowing that there's bad blood between Xander and Konstantin. Poor judgment. Lastly, Lucas showing the worst judgment imaginable for someone hiding for his life by spilling his guts to the press. One more thing...I'm tired of being told what a great person/great psychiatrist Marlena is.
9. What was your favorite scene or storyline? Sadly, I can't think of any.
