Why does anyone in Salem trust DNA test results?

Nicole hoped getting a paternity test would prove that Sloan stole her baby, while Eric thought it would make Nicole stop insisting any such thing had happened. Predictably, the DNA test results went Eric's way -- for an even stupider reason than usual.

Afterward, Nicole spent most of Days of Our Lives during the week of 12-04-23 yelling at people for thinking she was crazy while struggling to accept that her son was dead.

Salient points throughout. I and I am guessing many others have been suffering along with Nicole. The general idiocy among so many people regarding this whole baby swap is maddening and frustrating. And even though Days keeps teasing us that the truth will "finally" be revealed I am afraid heroicmuse is right and they are not done milking this gut-wrenching material. I for one want it to end with Sloan spit out of everyone's mouth like rotten fruit. She is despicable.

And Maggie joins the growing rank of Salemites walking around in the dark. Konstantine is obviously a fraud, yet she keeps hedging in the wrong direction.

The Theresa photo is interesting with its gumshoe detective shine and the family implications.

And Tate started to show a bit of a backbone for a change. Hopefully he starts to hold his own against pushy one way or the highway Holly.

One of the worst DNA test travesties on Days and there have been a lot!

I can't stand Holly.

Stephanie is proving to be completely self-centered and egotistical. She is not taking Chad's feelings into consideration and never has, except when it suited her agenda. She and Chad are better off without each other. I would like to see Stephanie alone. She and Holly are not worth any man's time.
