Yes. I agree. She can go. ☺️
Okay, also, I don’t think she’s a good actress. To be specific, she overacts. I hate that mopey, hangdog expression she’s always got. I’m tired of hearing her whine about how bad she is just so everyone can disagree with her.
I despise the way she dresses. If she just wore revealing clothes every once in a while okay but ALL of her clothes look like they belong to someone much smaller. It’s just gross.

LOL wendylou. I agree. She can go. She's a terrible character and holds no appeal. She's just a foil for Johnny and Chanel. Chanel may feel compelled to forgive her but that doesn't mean they should date. I agree about her wardrobe. The worst thing is her wandering eyebrow. It's so weird and distracting. If she thinned them out, it wouldn't look like a caterpillar crawling on her forehead.

There is nothing and I literally mean NOTHING I like about Talia. Her facial expressions, style, whining, non-personality, or her storyline (including getting a free pass for poisoning everyone and now being a doctor...wth?!)
I agree, she needs to go. I hate that she's involved in characters I actually do like (Johnny/Chanel).

I guess I'm the only one who likes Talia. I don't think Chanel should give her a second chance but I do empathize with her having been manipulated in an abusive situation. it happened to me too when I was younger and while I never hurt other people I did do some things that I'm lucky I didn't get caught doing.
I wish her story was about actually making amends instead of being forgiven so easily.

Well I have nothing else to add. wendylou, Kpatch, and Trey covered it all. LOL I thought Hope's eyebrow couldn't be beat, but dang it. Talia is giving her a run for the money on that one! I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that is annoyed by it. That seems to be the only expressive thing on her face. Is that in acting 101 now? If you can't put emotion into the scene, just move your eyebrows to give some activity to your face.

I don't feel like what we saw between Talia and Colin really lines up with what they're telling us now. We never really saw him exert power over her, isolate her, manipulate her... he just kind of smirked and kissed her and she responded the same, and then she'd briefly express some reservations and he reminded her why they were doing it, and that was that. I think they could've told a really compelling story there, but the setup didn't work for me, so I'm having trouble watching everyone bend over backwards to excuse her actions now. And it's ridiculous for Kayla to offer her a job at the hospital. She exhibited such poor judgment mere months ago that she could've killed countless people. Going to five therapy sessions and picking up some candy wrappers off the ground doesn't nullify that.

Going to five therapy sessions and picking up some candy wrappers off the ground doesn't nullify that. Oh yeah, I thought that was ridiculous too. No way should Talia have prescription privileges after what she did, at least not with at least as long a period of treatment as Ava has had and a note from a therapist. And if hired she should have a long probation period before she's allowed access to drugs! And isn't her kicense form out of state anyway? You're only licensed to practice in the state where you take your boards as far as I know. Also, you don't just walk into a hospital, get hired, and practice. It takes time for privileges to be approved. My dad just got a new job in a clinic and it was a couple of months from hire date to everything being ready for him to come in.

Unfortunately, Days took on a serious issue, like emotionally abusive relationships, and did it poorly.
If we had known Talia previously and saw her relationship with Colin unfold over time, perhaps we'd understand and care more. But what we saw was Talia doing horrible things simply because Colin told her to do them and she wanted his approval and "love." Yes, we saw some emotional manipulation, but without having any previous context for these characters, it really didn't resonate with the audience as abuse.
Since then, all we've heard is Talia whine about being remorseful and everyone seems to tell her how this wasn't her fault.
Chanel basically lost her business because this woman poisoned people. But Talia's only punishment was therapy and picking up trash.
And now Kayla offers her a job as a doctor! She shouldn't even still have her medical license. And I can't imagine any hospital board would approve hiring her considering her record. Can you imagine the lawsuit if there's ever a medication mixup?
But Talia serves no purpose here than to be an obstacle for Johnny and Chanel, and she's a boring one at that. There's just no reason to like Talia. The sooner she leaves Salem, the happier I'll be.
