Excellent Q&A lumiforeverandalways, heroicmuse and ProudTVJunkie. I think Eric is the father of Nicole's baby and I'm guessing we will find out but the characters won't for a while. I think it was hilarious that Melinda threw some pop psychology at Alex. She's probably a better analyst than Marlena. Everything she said is true and these were my favorite scenes of the week. The eyeglasses are definitely an affectation and even if he doesn't wear them to improve his vision, I like that there's someone on the show that wears glasses. It's realistic. I think Melinda and Sloan have the potential to be BFFs. They're both lawyers, so that's a commonality and they were actually being supportive of one another. Like Leo and Gwen, they make each other more interesting. I'm really not invested in either wedding, so I don't care what happens. I was really annoyed by Marlena implying that Whitley's actions were okay because no one got hurt. Really? She kept Abe drugged for a prolonged period and she drugged Lani. Who knows the long term effects? Plus she tried to kill Lani and Abe and threatened to blow up the whole building. Sane or not, she deserves to be punished. I was happy Paulina smacked her. |

Enjoyed the Roundtable.
I just assumed Nicole's baby was Eric's, but my ears perked up when the group suggested that may not be the case. Interesting theory. Maybe Days will milk this for a while like a yo-yo.
I agree with ProudTVJunkie that the week was pretty darn good overall. Looking forward to the goofy wedding(s) especially since I am not certain which direction it will take.
And while I am bummed Gabi is leaving the show (not sure when exactly) a part of me is intrigued on how Days will handle her exit.
