Possible return of a character (Read 373 times)

NBC used to have blurbs for an upcoming week. Not really true spoilers. So, since I had gotten into the habit of reading blurbs a week or two in advance,  I rely on one general website for updates.

Since this week's storylines seemed bizarre, I decided to look up multiple sources and on one there was a mention of Philip returning from Bayview.

Not a definite date was mentioned, and it was the only spoiler website his name was mentioned, nevertheless. it sure seems possible Philip is returning which would be good news if true.

Ava was mentioned in a roundabout way but no indication she would be returning. Although I suspect down the road she could return as well, which would be great since I am one of her biggest fans.

I would love for Philip to return. I’m so not feeling Chloe and Xander. Philip needs to come back to town and get into Chloe’s business.I need Phloe back in my orbit.

Following up on this, nearly a month and a half later, it seems Philip is, indeed, returning! Soap Opera Digest confirms that John-Paul Lavoisier is stepping back into the role of Philip next month!

I know a lot of people won't be thrilled about this. Personally, though, I am so excited! I really liked JPL back during his initial run as Philip! Can't wait to see what happens when he returns!
