Hey everyone
I am in the middle of one novel and nearing the end of another
I am looking for a good pen name and am open to suggestions
I don’t want to use my own name as a lot of my writing stems from real life experiences and I often get character inspiration from people I know
I prefer to be discreet about it
Any suggestions are welcome

Do you have a favorite name? Something you would have named a baby if you had a girl? My pen name is a variation of my real name. I notice a lot of authors use a middle name as well.

I don’t know
I thought the reason we had only boys was because we could never settle on a girls name lol
My middle name is Nicolata which is a bit too much I think and also a give away for people who know me cuz it’s not an overly common name and it’s often a topic of conversation

Then make your name Nicole. Or Nikki. Add a middle name that is maybe something like your last name and your last name can be a variation of your first name.
