Last week's lame fireplace-poker threat against Kristen by Chloe and Stefan made me remember a much scarier moment when Philip threatened to kill Vivian because of the role she played when Melanie was shot on their wedding day.
Sigh....back when the storylines were good and original. I miss those days....and I miss THAT Philip. I don't like the last Philip we saw.
This also saddens me even more thinking about Victor's quick wit with Vivian. While I despised Vivian, their interactions were always some of my favorite.

Secondly, whoa. Very intense, though the intensity seems warranted. Vivian looks terrified, for good reason! Also I've seen some footage from 07 and 08 that features this Phillip and I've found I like the actor a lot.
