There has being some discussion lately on Twitter about couples we want to see canon again or wish were canon so I thought I would pose the question here as well.
Here are my answers
Lucas and Sami - this is a obvious one if you know me well enough and my username gives it away as well. Also they are the whole reason I started watching Days.
Austin and Abigail - this is going to be an unpopular opinion but I could definely see there was chemistry there when Kate Mansi and Patrick Muldoon played the characters of Austin and Abigail. Also for me I am not a big Carrie fan or Carrie and Austin shipper so this also works in my favour but I could definitely see chemistry and a spark/connection between these two characters. I just wish the show kept him and Christie on longer in 2012 and maybe made it this way.
Tripp and Allie - they are so underrated and are so adorable you could tell how much they loved each other then the show put them to the side sadly to make way for her and Chanel which sucks as these two were super cute.
Bo and Billie - I know Bope are the iconic couple but personally I more enjoyed the Bo and Billie pairing particularly when Robert and Lisa played the characters and at times felt like they had more in common than Bope and this is just another example of the show pushing a couple out of the way for another couple/supercouple.
Brady and Chloe - this seems to be heading the way I want it to but I have always shipped these two and hated the show runners for breaking them just because of Kristen freaking DiMera I mean they had finally gotten in a good place so lets hope that can happen again soon.
Roman and Marlena - i know this may spark some controversy but I did enjoy these two back when Wayne played them especially however would like to see it explored with Josh in the role as you can see chemistry there.

Can you define what you mean by Canon couples, since there may be readers who don't know? Thank you.

Can you define what you mean by Canon couples, since there may be readers who don't know? Thank you. Sure - In fiction, canon is the material accepted as officially part of the story in an individual universe of that story by its fan base
