I love the scene when Caroline tells Victor he's Bo's father. John Aniston was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO great in that scene!

There are soooo many of them. I don't remember the Caroline/Bo scene mentioned above. I may not have been watching around that time.
When I think of Victor tho, so many things come to mind.
His one-liners. He had some of the absolute best delivery of all them...especially with Vivian.
That in later years he played a grumpy old man that had a hard shell to crack, but someone like Melanie was able to bust through it. I loved their love/hate relationship with each other.
His interactions with young Ciara.
That he could go toe to toe with Stefano yet the mutual respect between them as a formidable adversaries remained evident.
