She loses yet another husband first Mickey and now she's going to lose Victor too on top of it. So it makes me wonder if they kill off Maggie also?

Not to be morbid but I’d allso be interested to see how Maggie / Susan is taking the news Does she face the hard truth , maybe it’s time to semi permanently wrap this up while I’m still around to do so

Just an idea— many widows live productive lives after their husband’s die. A woman’s worth is not tied to a man. Maggie will mourn deeply but she will reset and move on.

I agree that Maggie is a character that can stand on her own merit. She's a great sounding board for a lot of the other characters.
