Nice job, panelists. Lots of strong opinions. I have some too. LOL.
Alex isn't Stephanie's boss. Stephanie is an independent contractor. Chad is her employee. So none of these relationships are appropriate.
As for Wendy, she hasn't been sidelined. She hasn't been told to stay home and cook. She has a high level job within the company and she's a 20-something brat who thinks she's "entitled" to move to headquarters and get a better job. She has no idea how lucky she is. I didn't see Beyond Salem and maybe I'd have a different impression of her if I did.
I'd be okay with getting a break from Ava but I do think she'll be back, probably as Gabi's accomplice in some way.
I agree with everyone who noted that Brady is more interested in his relationship with Chloe than the welfare of his daughter. His son seems nonexistent too. I'm concerned that Chloe is going to go running to Stefan just because she needs a boyfriend.
