This may be a bit controversial around here, but I want the show to stop bringing people back to life. Constantly resurrecting dead characters completely saps any drama out of a characters death scene. The audience is no longer emotionally invested in a characters death scene because they'll just be back in two months or a couple of years. A good example of a death scene with impact is Steve's death in 1990 (yes they brought him back, but it was SIXTEEN YEARS later). Here's a video of a prime time news report on his death (click the "watch on youtube" link).
And when viewers back then saw this they knew he wasn't coming back any time soon. The audience mourned with Kayla. Now, a character can die and the audience doesn't care. I want to go back to a time when character deaths meant something.
