What are some characters that seem to be universally hated that you can’t help but love?
For me, the top one has got to be Jan Spears. She’s a horrible person and I’d hate to meet her in real life, but I love her character! Moreso back in the early 2000s during the Last Blast era, but I still enjoy her returns.
I also really enjoyed Mia, at least at first. Her character as originally written was interesting, I hate the way they changed her later on.

I love Orpheus! He's probably my favorite villain outside of the Dimeras. He hasn't been written well lately, but I still enjoy him.

Oh, I can’t believe I forgot my favorite (and name of my account)! Of course André is one of my favorites. He’s so evil, but it’s so fun to watch him do horrible things. That’s mostly because of Thaao Penghlis’ acting. In the wrong hands, André could come off as cartoonish, but Thaao plays it with such gravitas and charisma that I find it impossible not to like André!

I'm going to choose Rafe lol He gets a ton of hate on social media, but I don't think he's a bad guy at all. The way people talk about him you'd think he was a child killer or something. He can be stiff and unbending sometimes but that's his character's nature. I think overall he's a good guy who wants to the right thing and I wish people would give him a break. I want him to find a woman who is THE ONE that will be just for him. I thought Jada could be a love match, but she seems into Eric so who knows lol
Of the other characters mentioned so far, definitely Jan! But I think a lot of people actually like her antics. She's fun!

I have shipped Rafe/Nicole for a looong time and am so disappointed in how they're writing it. |

On Twitter, all I ever seemed to see was Rafe hate. It was really disheartening so I stopped visiting there lol And I liked the idea of Rafe/Nicole so much but the writing is so disappointing for them. They aren't doing it correctly at all. I want to see Rafe get some happiness. I like the underrated characters for some reason lol

Billie Reed. Admittedly, she's been written terribly over the years and had one very bad recast(Krista Allen), but the hatred for her has been so extreme(Especially from Bope fans).
