Name a popular Days character that you never liked.
I'll start. Sami. I always found her shrill and overly dramatic and incredibly selfish and self-center from the moment she came on scene all the way to today. She sucked up way too much airtime over the years. In my opinion, she has no redeeming qualities. The only times I found her halfway tolerable is with Lucas. He brought out a softer side of her.

Agreed about Sami. I also never really liked Melanie. So bratty, selfish, and entitled.

Sarah Horton. Something about the character rubs me the wrong way. I just get so tired of the woe-is-me attitude she has and the constant crying she did for years was too much. I am not ashamed to admit I enjoyed the show more when she was off it.

Austin. His character had potential, but the actors cast to play him sucked and his storylines where boring as hell.

Susan.
Literally can't stand her grating nails on the chalkboard style. She is the only one I can think of where I would like to see disappear for good. Some people I suppose find her cute. Not me. She is just an annoying distraction to me.
And her "supernatural" powers only makes her even worse in my book. I am not a fan of hocus pocus malarkey.

I'd be interested to see a thread about characters we used to like that we don't anymore, or characters we didn't like before that we like now because my answers are so varied on that lol

I hated how every woman in Salem's brains went out the window and their panties automatically dropped to the floor when it came to him! I especially hated how Chloe went gaga over him. You would think her character would've been smarter than that. He was so freaking wooden and boring! |

I feel the same way kathyj. Between Marlena and Sami sucking up airtime and being overplayed for 4+ decades, it's a wonder I stuck with the show. Two more to add: Daniel Melanie Could never stand either of them. |
