Hope, wearing all white, walks through a set of double doors to find Bo on the other side. Hope wonders if she’s dreaming. She doesn’t understand how she can be looking at Bo when he’s dead. She slowly comes to the realization that she’s dead, which Bo confirms. They’re in Heaven. They put their hands on each other’s arms, but Bo stops her before they embrace. Hope asks what’s wrong. Bo says she got herself killed. Bo tells Hope that she was supposed to stop the bad guy, not marry him, that she pushed things too far. Hope tells him that she never really loved Harris. Bo says he’s not jealous. He’s upset that she lost her life over a hunk of glass. Hope reminds him that they both risked their lives over those same three hunks of glass. Bo says that that was a long time ago when they were young, stupid and didn’t have kids. She risked Ciara’s life. Hope didn’t want Ciara there and tried to get her to leave, but she wouldn’t, because she’s stubborn like her father. Bo says that Hope’s just as stubborn. He asks why she always feels like she has to prove herself and risk her life, which Hope feels is uncalled for. She has never looked to be fawned over. She risked her life for good reason. Angela is watching from nearby with a bowl of popcorn. She comments on this being the great love that Bo was talking about. Bo introduces Hope to Angela, his guardian angel. He tells her that Angela helped him make a deal so he could go down to Earth and help her, which he was about to do when Hope got killed. He apologizes for being upset. Hope understands, and she apologizes, but how could she know. Angela says what’s done is done. Bo might not have saved her, but at least they’re together now. She asks how this reunion’s going. They both realize it’s not going well. Bo wants a do-over, and Hope agrees they should take it from the top. They warmly embrace. Angela leaves to give them some alone time. Bo and Hope are together again. They agree it shouldn’t have happened this way. Hope says she lost her way when she lost him. Bo thinks she did the best she could. He tells her that Angela occasionally lets him watch her. Hope thinks he saw her make a bunch of stupid mistakes, but Bo says that he saw his wife be tough, strong and be an awesome mom. He tells her that he also watches Shawn, Ciara and Little Bo. They talk about how Bo visited Ciara right after the baby was born. He wishes he could have hugged him. He says Ciara is beautiful, like her mom. Hope regrets not being there like she should have been. They embrace again. Hope tells him that being in Salem without him was painful. She’s missed him so much. Work was the only place she felt like herself. Bo understands. They talk about how they were young when they fell in love. They became a part of each other, even when they weren’t together. Hope again says that she lost her way. Bo offers to help her out and asks if she still ice skates. Hope says she does, she’s had fun coaching kids. Bo remembers the first time he saw her ice skate and mentions her being a daredevil who jumped on the back of his motorcycle. Hope laughs about Bo rescuing her from that creep Larry Welch. He was and still is her hero. Bo says she is always the love of her life. Hope says he’s hers, too. Hope realizes that, if they’re in Heaven, Zack is likely here and asks if she can talk to him. Bo tells her that they’ll always be together. He’s worried about what their children and grandchildren will do without Hope. She wishes there was a way she could tell them that she’s with him. Bo says there’s a way she could be back with them. As much as he loves being with her again, she needs to go back. Hope says no and wraps her arms around Bo. Hope doesn’t want to go back. Bo asks Angela, who walks over, if he can give Hope his second chance. Angela says second chances are rare and non-transferrable. According to the fine print on the ticket, he can only intervene on very specific occasions, he can’t stay forever. Bo argues that it’s not for him, it’s for Hope. It wasn’t her time to die. She needs a miracle. Angela gives in, saying she can work. With faith all things are possible. Hope asks if she gets a say in this. She hates leaving the people she loves, but she’ll be here with him and Zack. Bo agrees that she will, for eternity, but not today. Ciara, Ben and the baby need her. Angela agrees. Bo wants to give Hope this second chance. Hope refuses. She wants to talk to Zack. She hears a voice say he’s right here and turns to see an adult version of Zack. Hope happily cries as she hugs her son. Hope is amazed by how Zack’s grown up, in her mind, he’s still five. Zack tells her that the last thing he remembers thinking before he died is that he wanted to be with her. Hope says she’s here now. Zack agrees with Bo that she has to go back. Hope doesn’t want to leave them. Zack assures her that they’ll be waiting for her, someday. Bo says they’ll always be with her in spirit, but her family needs her now. This isn’t her time. Hope agrees to go back. Angela brings up a technicality, once Hope walks out, she won’t remember any of this. Hope says, we’ll see. Angela remarks that Bo was right, Hope’s not ready. Hope asks how to say goodbye again. Angela has an idea: one last dance. Angela tells them they don’t have long, but luckily Heaven has its own time zone. She presses a button on her remote. Bo says, “may I have this dance?”. Hope takes his hand, and they dance to their song, Tonight I Celebrate My Love. As the song plays, we see flashbacks from throughout Bo and Hope’s relationship, including their first kiss, first dance, their time in Oak Alley, the birth of Shawn, and their wedding in England. Hope’s wedding vows are heard. Bo and Hope profess their true love for each other. They are the loves of each other’s lives. Bo says, “until we meet again”. They hug one last time, and Hope hugs Zack. Hope and Bo share a passionate kiss, and she tells him she’ll love him forever. Bo and Zack encourage her to go. They watch as Hope walks out through the double doors. Bo and Angela watch the screen as Harris shoots Ciara, telling her to be with her mother. Angela assures a worried Bo that everything will be okay. She says they’re about to try this again, this time for a happier ending, and rewinds the feed to Hope saying “I do”. Bo can’t see Hope get shot again. Angela tells him to keep watching. Bo thanks God that Hope is okay. Angela is impressed by how tough Hope is. Bo knows he did the right thing. Angela can tell he misses her already. Bo knows he’ll see her again one day.

That was really emotional.
Weird that people age in heaven. That's not what I heard. LOL.

These scenes were very emotional.
This season has redeemed Hope for me. She was not herself for awhile before she left Salem.
