Nice Roundtable. Good point about Lani's culpability in TR's death but Belle gets off scotch free for slamming Jan into the water. Days appearing inconsistent for plot purposes. It wouldn't be the first time.

Someone left a comment on the round table that I thought was a pretty good response to that.
"Lani was a trained police officer who shot an unarmed man she could have just arrested and then she covered it up. Jan has tried to kill Belle multiple times in the past. Jan escaped from custody and tried to smack Belle in the head with an oar the same way she did Shawn. Belle's case is obviously one of self defense, where Lani's was not."
And someone else commented on Ciara's fashion sense, which had me laughing. They blame the actress, but I don't know if it's the actress making the clothing choices or the show.
