I'm making Cobb salad and homemade bread for our Derby Dinner. Our Derby drink is a gin and tonic. Not a fan of mint julep or mint anything.

Congratulations to Rich Strike who only got in at the last minute due to a scratch and was an 80-1 longshot. Wish I had some money on him. Alas. Here's my Derby Cobb Salad with homemade bread sticks. Drink of the day was a gin and tonic.  |
