(Lucas is sitting at the bar drinking a tequila shot and Shawn approaches)
SHAWN - Lucas
LUCAS - Hey Man
(Lucas turns around and shakes Shawn's hand)
SHAWN - Mind if I join you for a drink or two?
LUCAS - Take a seat man. It's being ages since we caught up
(Shawn sits down next to Lucas)
SHAWN - Tell me about it. How are you doing with Allie leaving by the way?
LUCAS - That's why I am here it's hard being at home right now. I know I had to let her go but I thought she would be Daddy's Little Girl for awhile longer
(Bartender brings over two glass and a bottle of tequila and Lucas pours them both a shot)
SHAWN - Guess I have to get myself prepared if Claire takes up this touring gig
(Shawn drinks his shot and Lucas pours him another)
LUCAS - What's this?
SHAWN - Her producer's offered her to open for Taylor Swift's international leg
LUCAS - She would be crazy to pass that up
SHAWN - I know but the way Belle's going she might just have to
LUCAS - Not being supportive
SHAWN - Nope
LUCAS - You know I could tell you were becoming tense when you said Belle's name besides Claire's offer everything okay?
SHAWN - Not really
(Shawn now pours a shot then drinks it and poors another)
LUCAS - What's going on man?
SHAWN - I don't want to make things awkward between you and your brother
LUCAS - Phillip?
SHAWN - Yep
LUCAS - What about him?
SHAWN - I think he and my wife are having an affair
LUCAS - What?
SHAWN - One time I saw her phone ringing noticed was him went to answer but missed it but could see many phone calls than the video calls I've walked in on and she gets all defensive and won't talk to me
LUCAS - That sucks man I'm sorry
SHAWN - Not your fault man
LUCAS - Here you need another shot
(Lucas pours them both shots)

LIBBY - Hey
LAUREN - Hi everyone. Allie how are you settling in honey?
ALLIE - Derek and I are settling in really well I love it here
LAUREN - I get that i lived here when I was your age
AMBER - So how is Number 34?
JADE - Mal told me Lucas had leased that out for you
LIBBY - Great timing for Vera to move out
ALLIE - Im slowly making it more homely
LIBBY - The fun part the decorating
ALLIE - Yeah and I want to get it done before I start school next week
AMBER - It will be so good to have you there
ALLIE - Anyway it looks like you guys are about to get busy we will leave you to it
LAUREN - Thanks and of course we are short staffed Margi is off sick
ALLIE - I can help you don't have to pay me
LAUREN - You done this before?
ALLIE - A few times yeah
LAUREN - Okay you're a lifesaver
(Allie jumps behind the counter and takes orders)
2 HOURS LATER
LAUREN - Thank you Allie for your help
(Derek and Lucas walk in)
DEREK - Babe what are you doing behind the counter
ALLIE - Helping Lauren out don't worry I offered
LAUREN - And I'm the one who has an offer for you
ALLIE - What kind?
LAUREN - A job after school here I know Amber is here but the more help the better
ALLIE - You serious?
LAUREN - Yep
ALLIE - Okay I will take it
LUCAS - You both seem to be settled here

Thanks for the comments this week André DiMera here's what's coming up next week Allie attends her first day at Erinsborough High and with the help of her friends she adjusts to not having her twin brother at school with her A hungover Lucas and Sami catch up with Austin and Abigail and Austin learns of Lucas's drinking. After Lucas and Abigail get called away Sami and Austin talk about Lucas's drinking and Austin tells her she could off come to him. In Erinsborugh a blast from the past makes a surprising visit and Allie and Derek meet the visitor and the vistior is very impressed with how they are settling in. Melanie and Brady catchup and Brady checks on how her recovery is going. Shawn comes home drunk and Belle is less than pleased. Shawn tells Belle some home truths. Is this the end of Shawn and Belle? |

ALLIE - It's strange not being at school with my twin
IMOGEN - I couldnt imagine school without Josh
