ABBY - Is everything ok?
RAFE - Yes I have some good news
ABBY - About Ben?
RAFE - Yes we found him this morning he is in Custody
ABBY - Thank God
RAFE - I wanted you to know
ABBY - Thanks Rafe I appreciate it
RAFE - No problems

AUSTIN - Everything ok?
ABBY - Ben's in Custody
AUSTIN - Thank God

JENNIFER - Morning. Abby is inside
AUSTIN - Morning thanks
JENNIFER - I best be off
(Jennifer exits and Austin walks in and sees Abby on the couch)
AUSTIN - Hey
ABBY - Hey
(Austin walks over and hugs her)
AUSTIN - How's the baby?
ABBY - Not kicking as much now probably picked up I am not as stressed
AUSTIN - Probably
ABBY - Actually on the subject off the Baby
AUSTIN - Yeah
ABBY - I have my twenty week scan tomorrow and was wondering if you would like to come?
AUSTIN - Of course I would but isn't your Mom and JJ going to be there?
ABBY - They are but I want you there too
AUSTIN - I don't want to intrude
ABBY - You wouldn't be I already told them I want you there
AUSTIN - Well in that case of course I will come

(Abigail,Austin,Jennifer and JJ are in the waiting room when Maxine walks out)
MAXINE - Hey Abigail. I see you brought your support crew
ABBY - I did
MAXINE - Alright well you can all come through Doctor Johnson won't be long
(The group follow Maxine into a room)
MAXINE - Alright Abigail you have done this before so you know what to do
(Abigail pulls her top up and Kayla walks in)
KAYLA - Hey Everybody. I'm sorry I have being rushed of my feet this morning
ABBY - That's ok
KAYLA - So lets take a look
AUSTIN - Lets
(Kayla moves ultrasound machine across Abby's stomach)
KAYLA - Everything seems to be coming along well
ABBY - Is that the heartbeat?
JENNIFER - Yes sweetheart that's your babies heartbeat
ABBY - Oh My God
KAYLA - Would you like to know if you're having a boy or a girl?
ABBY - Could you write it in an envelope? I actually want to do a Gender Reveal Party that way those that don't know I'm pregnant already can find out and know what I am having too
KAYLA - Ok then

(Austin is sitting at a table and Abby walks past distracted)
AUSTIN - Abby hey
ABBY - Uh hey
(Abby comes over and joins Austin)
AUSTIN - You ok? You seem distracted
ABBY - I will be fine
AUSTIN - When you say you will be fine I know something is wrong so what is it?
ABBY - I am just scared for the baby
AUSTIN - Because of Ben?
ABBY - Yes
AUSTIN - Well you don't need to be because I am going to keep you and your baby safe
ABBY - Austin you don't need to do that
AUSTIN - Yes I do because I am your friend and love and care about you and besides your whole family will help you keep your baby safe
ABBY - I guess
(Austin moves closer to Abby and they hug)
